I bought a new battery in November. I did not drive the car for two or three days during an ice event. It's February 2025 and the battery was dead. My other car with a battery from a different vendor had no such problem. No use getting the same battery as a replacement.

They sale motor oil, but they don’t take used motor oil. Truth is I love Napa but if they can’t even cover the absolute basics of automotive necessities like all of their competitors, well……. I’m going to AutoZone.

Absolutely rude and horrible knowledge and customer service. They have no clue what's going on.. lady thought i INSTALLED a transmission seal .. UNINSTALLED it to bring it back. a SEAL. It was the wrong part given to me BY THE SAME STORE. MULTIPLE times the guy would turn the survey MACHINE around to choose 10 when in FACT its a ZERO.
