Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Nelson Mazda, and I can confirm it was a really great experience! Dravian was a huge help, and extremely patient as I went through the process! I came in from out of state, which can be nerve-wracking when purchasing a vehicle. He made the experience very enjoyable and easy! I had a ton of questions and he was happy to answer all of them! Could not recommend working with Dravian and Nelson Mazda enough.

I would’ve given five stars except for the side sales pitch.(extended maintenance and what not) the process otherwise was excellent. The salesman and staff were very personable and friendly. PS Pait needs a raise. PPS the PS was unsolicited.

Great people! We drove off in a brand new 2025 CX5 and we absolutely love it! Lauren took great care of us and was super sweet. She answered every question we had with ease and if she didn't know the answer she was quick to find out! Thank you Lauren! Nelson Mazda give this girl a raise!

I live in Michigan. My wife and I spotted a used 2018 Cadillac CT6 on Nelson Mazda’s website that grabbed our attention. We had numerous conversations with a salesperson via text and sometimes on the phone. We agreed to fly out to Tulsa if they had financing available and they did. On Saturday December 15, 2025 we started our journey driving to the Lansing, Michigan airport at 9am to catch a flight to Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s a 45min drive from our house to the airport. Our layover was in Chicago, Illinois. Boarding the plane in Chicago only to hear the pilot say that there was a maintenance issue and we had to wait for someone to fix it. Long story short, the plane took off 1hr late. We finally arrived in Tulsa later than expected and didn’t have much time to get to the airport and get back on the road. We made it to the airport, signed the papers, and hit the road heading back to Michigan for a 13hr drive. We drove about 3hrs on interstate 44E and felt something rough in the ride. We pulled over and did not have much room on the side of the road. So now we’re in the middle of nowhere, we cannot see a thing, and deadly traffic is coming. I carefully exit the car and found we had a blowout on one of the tires. By this time Nelson Mazda is closed and everyone’s gone home. We contacted roadside assistance and they couldn’t get a wrecker there for another 2-3 hours. We said okay. A few minutes later roadside called back and said that we didn’t have roadside assistance and would have to pay $276 dollars before they send a tow. Being that we were not far enough off the road to feel safe, we dialed 911 and they connected us to highway patrol or troopers. While waiting for the trooper a pedestrian stopped to see if he could help. He did all he could but found there was no key to unlock the rims. We searched the entire car and couldn’t find one anywhere. The trooper arrived and shared with us options to get out of the situation we were in. He said he could call a tow and it would be there sooner. So he did just that and took us back to Tulsa to a very nice hotel for the night. Sunday morning we’re trying everything possible to contact someone at the dealership and finally received feedback from the General Manager via Facebook. He apologized for everything that happened and said he would handle everything to make it right. I told him that I couldn’t stick around for the car to be fixed because I was due back at work. He said don’t worry, he’ll handle everything and have the car delivered to my home in Michigan. Nelson Mazda had the car delivered back to their dealership from Vinita, Oklahoma and inspected. They found that the rim was damaged and the tire was not able to be repaired. They made sure the care was carefully inspected once again and sent us videos to show what was going on step by step. The tire was ordered, the rim was replaced, and just like the General Manager said, he had our car delivered to our front door step in Michigan 933 miles away. We talked on the phone and found that the roadside assistance was not active yet because we purchased our car at the end of the day on a Saturday night. OVERALL NELSON MAZDA showed up and showed out on our behalf. 2 people from Michigan who they really didn’t know. We would purchase a car from them anytime. I worked and a dealership for 7yrs and I’ve never experienced or witnessed the care they showed us. Thank you Nelson Mazda of Tulsa Oklahoma. We love our car!

1.) Genuinely disgusted. Family member has the same issues with her tires (valve stem is broken). 3rd time this happens and all they do is glue it on to fix it and charge money for it.
2.) the guy (can’t remember his name) decided to stay late so that my family member can get her car back, thanks, but she stood outside in the cold waiting for the door to open over 5 minutes. Doesn’t apologize and acts nonchalant. However, over the phone was completely rude. He didn’t apologize or try to give transparency and instead, just simply ask for money for the repair that’s probably gonna fail again in 2 months.
Ultimately, don’t go here unless it’s a last resort.

Our experience was good. It did take quite a bit longer than we expected, especially since there was no dickering on the price.

I have been part of the Mazda family for many years, and every time I come back they exceed my expectations! Dravian and Colby were awesome in helping me throughout my trade-in process. They were timely, genuine, and patient as they helped me find the right car for my needs! Mazda’s mission is that they will make a believer out of you. While I’m already a believer, they embodied that mission through their actions, the way they shared their faith with me, and how they continually encouraged me to pray through this big decision every step of the way! Thank you, Nelson Mazda Team!!

I bought a 2022 Hellcat Charger Widebody from Nelson Mazda in August. I bought from out of state. I had Austin my salesman walk around and do a video of the car before buying. I thought everything was good till I took delivery of my Charger.
The bottom grill was cracked completely and I had to replace it. The delivery crew immediately pointed it out and said it came like that from the dealership. The car came completely dirty on the outside even though I was told it was washed and it came in an enclosed trailer. There’s multiple chips in the windshield that wasn’t mentioned.
It also took 2 months to get my title. After getting the run around for a week plus they finally got their crap together for me to title it.
If this is how they treat their customers that spend 60k on a car, I’d hate to see how they sell their lower priced cars.

We purchased a used car at Nelson Mazda in Tulsa and it was an incredible experience! Joseph aided us in finding the perfect vehicle and providing us with all the information we needed. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. This was the first time I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it will not be the last! They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. They even went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect on the vehicle, and will be fixing a few minor details on the car that we noticed.
We have had not so great experiences with dealerships in the past. Nelson Mazda, especially with the help of Joseph - made this the easiest car buying process yet! We still cannot get over how awesome the experience was! So thank you so much!

We recently purchased a used vehicle here. Our sales advisor was Dravian. It was a very smooth experience. They allowed us to take the vehicle on an extended test drive by ourselves which allowed us the freedom to park the car and give it a detailed inspection inside and out. The only issue I had with the whole process was the hard sell on the extended warranty coverage. I was very clear up front I would not be buying an extended warranty. I realize that the whole pitch is probably standard procedure and makes the dealership a lot of profit on their sales but after I respectfully listened and said no again that should have been the end of it. It took too long for the “no warranty” answer to finally register. There may be customers who think a $6,400 warranty on a $22000 used car is worth it but I’m not one of them. What is surprising is that they didn’t even offer a shorter term warranty for a more reasonable price, say 6 months for $500.

So great to look for a car without being hassled by commission sales reps!

Five stars for Nelson Mazda service, especially Geoff. We stopped in for an oil change and mentioned an unexpected issue with our heads-up display. Geoff listened, had the team take a look, and then worked with Mazda on our behalf to make sure we were covered. He kept us updated and got it resolved quickly. That kind of above-and-beyond care is why we’re happy to drive the few extra miles across town and why we’ll keep coming back to Nelson Mazda.

We recently bought a new 2025 Mazda CX 5 from Colby at the Tulsa store on memorial. Car buying is always a dreaded experience and we had been looking for several months. That evening, Colby made the experience painless. I highly recommend this Mazda location and Colby. We love our car and I we would definitely do business with Colby again. This is our 2nd Mazda. We had a millenia in 2000. We loved that car as well.
