My car broke down at restaurant, call this company the guy that answered the phone was very professional and polite. As well as Remi, he came out in timely manner and was very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be using them again.

I got stranded on the side of the highway today, and was pleased with the care, timeliness, professionalism, and even friendliness that the folks at Neptune gave me.
May be it a while before anything like that happens again, but I know who I'll call the next time right off the bat.

Needed roadside and was assigned them through Uber. They gave a time of 60 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and they still aren’t here, they won’t answer their phone or anything. I now know I shouldn’t rely on roadside packages or clubs but I still feel like answering the phone is the least you can do once you’ve accepted an offer for a job. Wish I could leave there side of the story at this point. I still have yet to hear anything from them directly and were well into hour two of the 60 minute eta. Good luck if you get them through a 3rd party!

I received excellent service from Neptune Towing Service. The Gentleman who towed my truck is named Remi. He is very professional and would recommend him to anyone very friendly as well. I also talked to a lady named Kat. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend Neptune towing for anyone. If I could give them a Ten star rating I would!

I called and scheduled a tow around 1:30pm today. The dispatcher told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I called again at the 3 and 6+ hour mark and left a VM, no answer.
