This service was excellent Danny was exceptional and really nice. my car broke down in bartlesville which is 40 mins away, but he still came as fast as he possibly could. the prices are very good and affordable much cheaper than all the others for better service out of all of the other ones the tow truck and Danny were very professional there was no damage on my car when they dropped it off back to me. nothing was stolen from me

Flat tire, and I mean flat. Called in a panic and was greeted with a calm, super helpful individual. He had a driver to me within 30 minutes.
The driver, again, the nicest person ever, took great care with my car and got it to the dealership ASAP!
Highly recommend them!

Remi was extremely quick, and communicative while helping me tow my car. He went above and beyond with his service, as well as keeping me comfortable and educating me about features on my car that I didn’t even know existed!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM REMI!!!! Give that man a raise!!!

One of our work trucks got T-boned a few weeks ago and it was taken to JK Paint & Body, and insurance got the ball rolling pretty quick after that. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone you pretty much just have to show up in person and they’ll take care of you with a smile. Other than that, everything went smooth.

I have had to use Neptune Towing services 3 times and each time it has been outstanding service. The owner is like one of my grandsons who are a part of my heart.

My truck got stuck in Neutral at about 4:00pm on a Friday. I called a couple of other towing services, and they all told me over an hour before a truck could pick me up. Neptune quoted me 30-40 minutes, I said go ahead and send a truck. The driver arrived in a little over 20 minutes. While driving to the repair facility, he was super nice as we talked about what was wrong (potentially) about my truck, his time in the business, etc. The tow truck was clean, smelled nice (didn't smell like cigarettes or body odor). When we got to the repair facility, he took the time to wait for the technician to move a different car so he could unload mine straight into a repair bay, instead of just dropping it off and leaving. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck, but if you do, This was by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had.

I searched for “jumpstart near me” when my Toyota Camry wouldn’t start at the QT gas station on 71st and Riverside in Tulsa, and Neptune Towing popped up right away. I gave them a call, and they arrived super fast! The driver was professional, friendly, and got my car running again within minutes.

Remi cool name! Called and told me everything worked out and he delivered my truck to the tire shop. How much more customer service can yo get then that?!? I spoke with Danny the day before on a Sunday because the tire shop wasn't going to open until Monday. They assured me all would be ok as long as my truck was pulled in straight so they could roll it on or however they do it. It worked out so good I only had to uber to get my keys to the tire shop. Thank you Neptune for your service! And especially Remi and Danny for calming my nerves!

Service was phenomenal! The person who took our call was very professional and got us a wrecker within an hour. The driver, Remy, was also wonderful! Very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend & use again!!

Both the gentleman who answered the phone and the driver were polite, knowledgeable, honest, respectful and helpful. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed.

I had called another local towing company, explained that my BMW X3 was completely dead and I needed it towed. They told me special equipment was needed if it couldn't be put in neutral. I called Neptune, they texted me back, asked what I needed, where the car was etc. They had a truck to me in 30 mins, the driver was one of the most friendly people I've come across. Beyond helpful, he got my car started and I set out for the repair shop. I got 5 miles before the car died again, in the middle of Yale on a Friday during lunch. I called the driver, told him what happened, he said he hadn't gone far and would be right there. He was there in 7 mins, got my car loaded on the flat bed in no time and towed it to the shop, all with a smile on his face. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend Neptune, they will take great care of you.

Had my car towed twice and the driver(same both times) was awesome.very friendly with a great personality.Reasonable rate for towing as well.Thanks for everything and I will use them again if I need a tow.
