I called and scheduled a tow around 1:30pm today. The dispatcher told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I called again at the 3 and 6+ hour mark and left a VM, no answer.

Neptune towing was amazing!!! Danny the mechanic was clean smart, and professional!!! I have issues with walking so I'm very slow getting to door etc. Danny was so patient with me. It was like talking to my nephew. Ladies excellent service, trustworthy company and easy on the eyes ?. Compliment NOT FLIRTING!! Thank you Neptune Towing/Mr. Danny! ???

I was at work and my daughter had a tire FALL OFF. I couldn't get there so I called Neptune Towing. They very friendly and helpful. My daughter said that tow truck driver was awesome! I definitely would use them again and recommend anyone else to use their services!!!Service: Car towing

For the past few days, I’ve attempted to get service for my vehicle and unfortunately had a hard time securing anyone. Multiple services didn’t answer, didn’t show up, or just cancelled. For this reason, I decided to get a tow. The first call was to this company, and I spoke to Danny. He was extremely friendly and had a reassuring demeanor that put me at ease during a stressful time. I called a couple of places afterwards, but no one gave me the same service. I then decided to go with this company. When I called back to schedule a tow, Danny said he could get to me within an hour of my calling. He gave me an ETA to my house and kept his word by arriving on time. He treated my vehicle with care and patiently answered any questions I had. He even went above and beyond the expectations of professionalism by taking me to and from the service provider for my vehicle. Thank you again for your excellent work and outstanding customer service. I felt well taken care of and will highly recommend him and this company to anyone in need.Service: Car towing

Awesome. Towed my hummer h3 to my house when the alternator went out. The guy who answered my call was friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Told me it would be about a 50 min wait but ended up being around 35 40 mins. The wrecker driver was super friendly and we talked the whole trip to my house. It made the whole process alot less stressful. Breaking down on the way to work sucks but the guys at Neptune made it so much more tolerable. Just want to thanks to everyone there. And will recommend them to anyone I know that might need their service. I know they ll be the first I'll call should I need a tow in the future..thanks again Nepture.

There’s a reason these folks are so highly rated. Great customer service, fast, careful… I needed my SUV towed and it was in a tough spot to pick up. As a relatively new and maybe sorta nice SUV I wanted someone to use a little care and concern and not just j*** it around. I didn’t have to ask, Remi was awesome.
