I was looking for a specific fitting for an air bag system. I went to several stores prior including ace hardware where I was just tossed aside after asking for help. The lady said I don’t know and I need to help other customers. When I went into this store the worker Dana , the manager , helped me try and locate a fitting for this air bag. Even though they didn’t have the part she physically wrote down an address to a fitting warehouse and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. The customer service from Dana made me feel like my concerns were important. We need more of this and thank you for making my day Dana.

TL;DR
Don’t buy here. Won’t honor warranty.
Bought a mower from them 3yrs ago. Paid for an extended Warranty. First time in had to use it was last year. Dropped it off, paid my $60 Deposit. Took over 2 months and numerous phone calls to get it repaired under that warranty.
Same part broke earlier this year. Brought it in, paid my $60 Deposit and haven’t heard back from them in over 2 months. Was told I need to call their repair guy during the specific hours he’s available, which is none of the hours I’m available to call. My work prevents me from being able to.
3yrs into my 5yr Full Coverage Warranty, I’m probably just going to purchase another very expensive mower. Not here obviously.
Extra Details (in case you want them):
When purchased I was told not to worry about the receipt because they'll keep track of the warranty info.
-2yrs later they can't find the warranty info
-Numerous phone calls, hours of my time, and around $100 of paying someone else to mow my lawn, they get the mower fixed 2 months after I brought it in
-Close to exactly a year later, the exact same part breaks
-Bring it in and told again they can't find the warranty info, but DO have record of my last visit and can see that the work was completed.
-Over 2 months later, nearly $100 spent paying other people to mow my lawn, no update from Northern Tool.
New update. 9/25/2025
Was called last week while driving out of state on vacation and informed that my mower was ready for pickup. Dropped thing off back in like June for repair. Drive here to be told I owe $76 on top of the $60 or $65 deductible I already paid for the warranty work.
So not only did they take 3 months to fix it, they still want me to pay for it even though it’s under warranty

DO NOT HAVE YOUR SMALL ENGINE REPAIRED OR SERVICED HERE. MY PRODUCT IS STILL AT THE TULSA OFFICE AFTER FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS WITHOUT A SINGLE CALL. WHEN I CALLED 8 DAYS AFTER DROPPING OFF, THE WOMAN CALLS ME RUDE FOR BEING UPSET ABOUT THEM DOING NOTHING WITH NO CALL. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS HERE. THEY DON'T RESPECT CUSTOMERS.

Horrible customer service, only two employees working in the store. The manger working (Clayton Hicks) was rude and lacks the skills required to be in retail. I have reached out to the district manager for assistance. I have not received a reply from voicemail left.

I use the in store pick up, which is a time saver. My purchases has always been correct and always ready to go when I arrive.

There is no better place for customer service! The guys in the store will go out of their way to help you!! In the world we live in it can be hard to find someone that is willing to go out of their way, and stay late to make sure you are cared for! Top notch!!

I had to purchase a large cart. When I walked into the store I had to ask where to find it . An employee pointed it out. I never received any help. I went to the front of the store and found a small shopping cart. I then proceeded to load the heavy box on the small cart went to the front and paid the unfriendly cashier. I then wheeled this box out to the parking lot and wrestled the box into my trunk.. not once did any of store employees offer help.. I will avoid doing business with this store….
