So far my experience is negative. Apparently my checks are not going to clear all month apparently and the woman who opened my account didn’t so much as offer her name and hardly acknowledged me at all. Maybe they have a problem with white boys or something. It’s my money not yours. I’d like to access it.

We have been OCCU members for over 40 years. Recently we worked with Makenzie Butler from the loan department, and in the process of purchasing a vehicle out of state, she noticed a critical piece of information was missing and notified us. We were able to discontinue the process and felt that Makenzie went above and beyond in her commitment to us as members. She went through the whole process with knowledge and was very professional. We are very pleased with Makenzie's help in the hunt for a vehicle.

Interestingly, this place insist on Online banking to fee charging paper statements! What if the person, is elderly & do Not use the computer? Oklahoma Central your going to chip at their account every month unless they come in every time they need the paper fee removed?!?! This is a waste of trees-paper& time that needs to be fix! If Oklahoma Central keeps computer records of each member, the individual should be able to get a statement only when the member requests a need for such!!! I get it their required to issue a statement, but how monotonous. High percentage of the time everyone are very accommodating, one of our favorite places to do business ? ? ? ? ? ?

I’ve been a member with OCCU for years. With Covid, my branch is temporarily closed and I opted to visit this one when I had a banking need.First thing you notice as you come into the facility is a security guard right inside. A line of offices down the left side and at the back is the tellers. Everybody working there was super friendly and very easy to work with.I had a chance to work with Sal Paredes and I would 100% recommend him if you need banking work done. I visited with Sal several times and he always made time to meet with me. I am fully impressed with this location and can definitely see myself returning as needed.

By far the worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Three separate times I’ve been told my payment would come out of my savings. It didn’t. Their mistake. All three times. They “had no idea what happened”
