Miguel Ambriz exceeded my expectations of service at the 49th and South Peoria branch. He not only helped me with the three separate issues I had come in to get assistance with, he took the initiative to streamline and simplify my accounts in the process. His pleasant and helpful demeanor combined with his knowledge of the bank’s systems and offerings made the most pleasant and productive banking experience I have had. Thank you, Miguel!

Great Customer Service! It was my first time at Oklahoma Central Credit Union. I was looking at opening an account. Julian Fair with the bank and really did a great job helping me out. Julian took his time and explained the different accounts which helped me a lot.

I have had 3 loans through this credit union and they make it ridiculously hard to pay. Well it’s easy if you want to pay extra fees. Honestly the worst customer service and if the interest rates weren’t so high, I would refinance just to be rid of them.

Worst bank and credit card company around.This bank makes things difficult for you just because they canExplore other banking optionsChime is awesomeDiscover banking is awesomeCapital one savings account banking is awesomeIf you need a brick and mortar bank I’ve had accounts at mid first and chase and even these companies don’t make things as difficult as Oklahoma central does.I imagine the company as a whole isn’t doing well and just trying to make money and save money any way they can before they are shut to close the doors.Whoever said credit unions are better then banks never must’ve been a customer for Oklahoma central credit union.

How can a credit union decline so rapidly! I've been a customer since 2013. From setting up new account information to impossible login issues with their app, frustration abounds! Presently, we're at a total standstill for two months!! in logging into our new account online from phone and laptop and face-to-face customer service can't resolve it. Information Tech appears to be their downfall! Taking our money elsewhere. If you want many frustrations, bank here!

Don’t try and drop off paperwork while the security guard is on a smoke break. They leave large checks on the reception desk instead of paying staff to handle financial transactions.

Quick service and no hassle cashing a check drawn from this bank even as a non-account holder. Pretty cut and dry banking/credit union, savings and loan type financial services. Friendly staff, clean building, prompt service.

By far the worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Three separate times I’ve been told my payment would come out of my savings. It didn’t. Their mistake. All three times. They “had no idea what happened”
