Two stars because of the one gal (pretty, long eyelashes, petite) that works there that actually speaks, makes suggestions. I heard her complimenting other customers trying things on, just super friendly.. Everyone else doesn't speak, greet, barely responds, and just stares at you. Seems like they either hate their jobs or people. Maybe both. I just come here to see things in person then order online because it's generally a weird feeling in there.

Found what I wanted for my business to upcycle into wearable tie-dye art! It's a hit or miss if they have what I'm looking for.
Prices are usually pretty good! I love that I'm able to get a military discount.
Employees are alright not the friendliest of bunches, at this location. The lack of helping customers is what I noticed.
Plenty of parking, this one's a bit hidden from the road.

Horrible Experience. Went through the line and the sales lady talked me into getting the credit card because it would get me 50% off the entire order. After about 10 minutes of her not knowing what she was doing. I was fed up with waiting and left without the discount i was promised. (For getting the Old Navy credit card) I then get home to find she didn’t put all of the items we over payed for in our Shopping bag. I had to keep re dialing the phone number and after waiting for 10 minutes someone finally picked up. Needless to say save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I realize that I personally am not their target demographic, but my money certainly is. When I questioned the girl at the counter about what's on sale and what isn't, she should be able to give me a better response then, "I don't know, I work up here". The store isn't organized well, and it was difficult figuring out what was on sale and what wasn't. There are better clothing stores out there. Old Navy was once a great store and brand, but their day has passed.

I don’t know if it is true, but apparently if you buy any clothes online you cannot do an exchange if the fit isn’t correct (I just personally was given this explanation today when I tried to exchange clothes that didn’t fit). They can only give refunds if you buy online. That is disgusting and shameful practice for multiple reasons (ableist for consumers who have limited mobility and can only primarily shop online, horrible for people who receive items as gifts, and predatory way to get out of sale prices). I went in like most consumers and tried clothes on in store. I purchased online because the store didn’t have enough stock. Assuming I’d be able to exchange worst case scenario, but apparently not. There needs to be a legal disclaimer for this because it is extremely predatory. I’ll find a new store for pants, but just wanted to make sure this ridiculous practice was shared publicly.
