The store itself was adequate, however the neighborhood was a bit like a post apocalyptic war zone meets Lord of the Flies. Between the attempted robbery and the homeless encampment, it was not a good place to stop.

I went to the O’Reilly on 11th & Garnett. As soon as I walked im I was greeted. I was trying to change my blinker and Cruz not only answered my questions, assisted me, and explained each step! He was very professional and I appreciate not only the help but for educating me on how to do it. Definitely walked away feeling confident!

Had the best experience at this store today. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted very politely by cruze and he had the most outstanding customer service. He not only helped us with what we needed in store, but also checked on us in this cold weather as my husband fixed our vehicle. We will definitely recommend this store and employee to our tulsa friends.

These guys dropped the ball and caused me some BS that I'm just now getting worked out. They didn't put my name in the system for my warranty and they gave me the wrong part, but, I was never put in the system so I couldn't exchange my part. Total chaos of a broken vehicle doesn't need chaos at the parts store.

Drew is the guy to see. I came into the shop looking for a oil filter and oil, 30 mins before I had to clock into a work shift. DREW had me out of the store with everything I needed within 7 minutes, giving me more than enough time to get to work, while being respectful and polite. I recommend this location to anyone due to this man's performance today!

The store was decent nice homeless man opening the door?? wish I could say the same for the staff I don't want to be that guy but they're we're a group of teen boys playing around yelling profanities and vaping in the store infront of me and being very disrespectful
