Lazy, unhelpful employees who don't know anything about car parts. Kept giving me contradictory and wrong information about the parts I was asking about. And they smelled bad.

Needed a waterproof for one of the vehicles. Walked in and they had two employees helping people so we waited. We didnt wait long and we told them exactly what we needed and they pulled it right up. They were great because they didnt make us feel like we were stupid or try to sell us something we didnt need. They did ask us a question and we declined but then they said the warranty wasn't valid without that info, so we gave it. No biggie. Again, they were nice, sold us the part and went on to the next customer. I have some other stuff I need for my vehicle so I know ill be back.

Excellent service! Employee came out to vehicle to trouble shoot an issue with the oil pressure light. Also read the codes to get a possible solution.

Poor services : Staff was extremely young and was mostly catering to friends . It looked like a car repair shop.
I walked in: no one said I’ll be with you.
I stood for a moment, said excuse me a few times : one general made eye contact but continued on.
Maybe no spoke English ….I left

I came in on a Thursday around 2pm....they had 3 young men busy with customers either on the phone or in front of them...I was greeted promptly by Marcos...he was very knowledgeable and helpful...he checked my battery and alternator, replaced the battery,.and disposed the old battery...We were still having problems turning it over ( due to the alternator be of low voltage), Eddie drove the company truck and jumped us...they accepted my veterans status with a 10% discount....I would highly recommend these guys...thanks ya'll, keep up the good work...
