Stopped by for a quart of oil until I can get my car in for a change. The young men there were so nice and helpful. They brought me a funnel and paper towels while I was out there, even though I wasn’t expecting any help. Even threw away the empty container for me. Thank you Josh, and sorry but I didn’t catch the other guy’s name. Nice to see people going above and beyond!

Needed a new battery the price was great, but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Ben is the young man that helped me. He tested my battery to make that was problem, then he proceeded to replace the battery for me. The whole thing only took about ten minutes. He was courteous and extremely helpful.

I have a 2020 Dodge Caravan, and my blinker just went out. I decided to stop in at O'Reilly's to pick up a replacement. Everyone was super nice and quick to assist people coming in. Josh couldn't locate in the system my particular turn signal light, but he didn’t stop there. He went out to my vehicle, pulled the bad one, and went over to see what would work! He found one that matched up, but not the exact same shape. He installed it for me and even made sure it would work before sending me on my way!! Josh was super respectful, kind, and on the ball!! He went above and beyond to get me on my way. Thanks for a GREAT Experience!!
I'll be back!! I may not be able to work on vehicles anymore, but if I need anything for my vehicles you better believe I will come back to this store!

Yesterday I had a weird experience here. Before I even opened the door one of the employees was staring at me. I said hello and just got an angry look in return. I guess decent customer service and common courtesy is optional.
The other gentleman was very courteous and helpful. I don’t understand why you would mean mug someone you don’t know.

O'Reilly's is just easier to navigate for me...I never have a problem finding what I need. But the staff is always there to help me if I do.

Before heading out on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday, I knew I needed new windshield wiper blades! Shane was very personable, found me exactly what I needed for my Honda Pilot, and not only put them on for me but let me learn how to replace them!! We high fived afterwards!! Thank you, Shane, for your help today and most importantly your amazingly cheerful spirit!!
