Update to add that I returned needing a headlight bulb to be replaced and Robbie helped me install it in the parking lot, saving me $60 to get it changed out at a technician center! So grateful they go above and beyond to help their customers!
I was being THAT customer, you know the annoying ones that can't figure out their rewards login etc ? and Tyler was the most patient customer service associate I've ever encountered! He was genuinely patient, not sarcastic and helped me put my windshield wipers on and found the best deal for them as I was clueless! The other csr's had great service and greeted every customer, too! 5 star service by far!

Sometimes it seems like the young people that work do not know enough. Still they are very nice and willing to help had my alternator and battery tested. Ii use to get coupons but no longer get them. Was. told to check email still nothing. ..
