“My trim and drywall guy (with DECADES of experience) sent me here for some difficult to match stain. They had custom mixed a shade, but when the wood soaked it up, the type of wood made it way too light. I took the stain back to see if they could adjust it. In a matter of minutes, they had the stain darkened. I had it back to the trim installer in no time so the job could get completed. I'm happy to know about this store because I had already purchased at least 4 samples of pre-mixed stain from a big box store, and none of them were even close. The personnel were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I now have Sherwin Williams logged in my head as a "pro tip" for difficult matching challenges.”
“First, I NEVER write reviews. But my experience at Spectrum midtown deserves one. I’ve used this location several times, for several different projects/whole exterior and interior home repaint etc and have always had a good experience. However, the customer service I received from Vanessa last week was extraordinary! She went above and beyond trying to help me tint a Romabio Venetian glaze that you can’t even get in Oklahoma. There were multiple aspects that proved to be challenging, and she was up for challenge. She took great care color matching, had to mix by hand due to the container size, and nailed it! She collaborated with me and valued my opinion, which is a rarity these days with customer service. I truly hope you know how valuable she is for Spectrum!”
“When Kelly Moore closed its doors I was not happy, I had always loved the customer service they had provided me over the years. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago I walk into Spectrum Paint in Bixby and there was a smiling, familiar face I had not seen in quite a while. Doug Weber greeted me like he had always done and his friendly demeanor an upbeat personality made my day! Not to mention his paint knowledge is off the charts stellar! Great job Spectrum on hiring quality people!!!”

They help keep my management time or overhead right where it needs to be. Because they are fast, their color match, and delivery. I will recommend their products with our customers over anyone else. I love my salesman, Ryan Livily. I could go on, but about all the great service and product, but that is Ryan's job. Iol. “Went into the Sherwin-Williams on Sheridan to purchase primer and wall paint. It was somewhat busy. There were 4 or 5 customers ahead of me. After a very short wait time a very nice lady named Gloria waited on me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to decide on the type of paint I would need for the result I wanted. I also had the good fortune to meet Edgar, another employee at this store, who was kind enough to offer me a chair to sit in while I waited for Gloria to complete my order. I had a very pleasant experience at this store because of these two very considerate people.”

Christina offered expert advice on color selection and paint types. She was patient and provided thorough explanations on types of paints and stains.
We shared with Christina that we were required to make our paint selections that day and the process was complicated more by the fact that we lived out of state and were leaving the following morning. Christina possessed a calming effect on us and assisted us every step of the way!
