A great place to tan! They have multiple memberships I went with the Diamond Prism it includes bed tanning, spray tanning, red light and so much more. Highly recommend using a product Clio informed me how intensifiers and bronzers are necessary for tanning, and I agree! I’m going on a trip and the products helped me get tan so fast. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

When this was At the Beach it was disgusting. VERY Dirty, zero amenities in the room including even a trash can or small table for your things. Staff was perpetually confused, never got the length I wanted to tan right..forgot to turn the machine on forcing me to get re-dressed and go tell them to turn it on. Ugh and dirty towels, forcing me to bring my own.I have seen improvements since Palm Beach took over. New staff, cleaner facilities (though not spotless) clean towels and newly added tables and trash cans and even tanning goggles to use for free if you forget yours. (At the beach would charge $8)While not quite up to the standards of Palm Beach in Phoenix where I moved from (truly a luxury experience)..I’m hoping they continue to make improvements!Services: Tanning

No longer At The Beach ?️...new owners. Give yourself enough Xtra time to have them explain new regulations and different packages and pricing! Everything is different. I will update my review once I have more info!

Unfortunately the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a business. When I signed up, I was told I would only pay $41 for the month & thats it. I was told there would be no other payments and I could cancel with no fees. However, that was all false.I had a horrible customer experience, the most complicated experience, had no respect shown towards me whatsoever, and there was false / lack of communication toward me when I signed up.Without telling me, after I tried to cancel and talked to several employees, I was charged over $90 extra for my first month. Before the first of the month, I tried to cancel, but they said I had to come in person. I couldn’t come till that Friday, and they said it was fine. On that friday, I saw the charge. I called everyone in customer service I could on the 1st and asked for a refund. I thought my account was already cancelled. They didn’t care and did nothing to fix it.I got confirmation from the manager that I was told wrong information by her, and was told that I would get help with this charge, but no one helped me.Service: Tanning

Save yourself some hassle and find somewhere else to tan. Their beds are nice but each time I’ve tried to go since signing up, it’s taken 20-30 minutes to get me into a room. It’s either the computer system is not working or the girl working can’t get me signed in and has to call someone to help. It’s incredibly frustrating and wastes a lot of time.

I do not normally leave reviews , I thought I should in this instance . I was hesitant about starting tanning again after a 10 year break . I signed up online and received tanning until the end of the month for $1! Christian was very professional and knowledgeable he educated me on the various forms of tanning and even red light therapy . I would certainly recommend At the beach tanning to anyone that would like to Tan !Service: Tanning

Love love love the staff at At the Beach! Jillian is so knowledgeable. After not tanning for many years I’m so happy to have found a tanning home. The red light therapy is so amazing! It rejuvenates me and helps healing the fine lines & scars.

I love coming to the 91st & Yale location. I always have the most pleasant experience and always look forward to tanning there. Jillian is the absolute best and most helpful person. I love when I go in and she’s working. All around great place and even better staff.

Been tanning here for years and Jillian has been the most helpful person I have encountered here in a while!! Made sure I knew about all the specials and made sure my needs were met and I got the most bang for my buck!! 10/10 recommend!

A male employee gave me a tour of the place in May 2021. Handed me a new customer card and said I could come back and use for a Versa Sunless Tan spray. On the card it says new customers and I would have been one. I called to reschedule my appointment from 5pm to 5:40 and when I walked in April the manager said are you my 5:40 spray. I said yes. She couldn’t find me in the system. She called her manager and he said not to let me tan and then she proceeds to tell me I ‘lied’ about making an appointment and the card could not be honored unless I had a membership which the card doesn’t say that. A waste of time and made me feel horrible. Apparently the person in May who gave a tour no longer works there. When I had my tour in May a lot of things seemed outdated and broken as well. Poorly ran establishment. Definitely not friendly or welcoming either. Manager, April, yelled at me on the way out make sure to leave a great review. I don’t know about great but it is honest.
