I bought a dress at Saks Fifth online for a very special occasion but when I got it in the mail, it was cheaply made and awful. So I went to return it and was in dire need of a dress. I went into Pavilion and was waited on by three lovely ladies. Each was so eager to help me find what i needed! I am so thankful for their help. I'm a repeat customer as my mother bought me a cream colored long coat in there that I always get compliments on. I will be returning!!

Sad to know they haven't changed. I went in to shop and they wouldn't wait on me but looked at me and talked to each other. When I picked up a jacket, the salesperson came to show me the sales rack and said I might find more what I wanted there. I'm white but evidently put off I'm not rich vibes. Pavilion-this is very sad. I was embarassed to put in a review but when I saw the more recent one, I needed to speak out.

I went in one day and barely received a greeting at all. As I was looking, I felt eyes constantly on me, even heard sighs! Then, as I placed an item on the checkout to buy, it took a while for them to even acknowledge me standing there. But it gets worse. One woman stood with no emotion and glared at me AS I’M HANDING HER MY DEBIT CARD to support their business. It occurred to me that they don’t get any other customers of color. I wonder why. I don’t plan on shopping there again. Would not recommend. Pitiful customer service.

I would like to let people know that Dr Stephen Paulsen a Tulsa plastic surgeon melted the fat off my face with a laser that he claimed could not do so. I now have an aged unattractive face with significant fat loss and a scar because of his procedure. This is all documented in medical records but the cost of hiring a medical expert was unaffordable for me with the risk of losing more money. Dr Paulsen refused to help me. l don't want this happening to anyone again. The before and after photos are on a site for people who are their real self.

Dropped wife by to visit the shop this week. Horribly rude and demeaning staff! Lectured about covid masks. Unfriendly and obnoxious! Staff was pretentious and not warm. Shop mediocre at best so hardly worth the abuse. Will never return!

Absolutely love this store for many cool and unusual gifts. Had to post a review, because of the negative one that was posted. I have found the crew at this shop very helpful with trends, styles and gift ideas. Give them a shot, you will be pleased with the results.

Cute little shop that is worth a stop Today they had all the spring clothes in the window There was a cute pair of sandals that drew me in I loved the selection of jewelry. I found the unique items lovely Lots of things packed into this small store Clothes, jackets, jewelry,gifts, and sandals Today was a 75% off winter jacket , pants and sweaters. I found two I liked only one in small and it fit great. Very unique knit! Only $45.00 instead of$180.00 It came home with me. Actually I wore it out of the store I will definitely stop in at this place to check it out when ever I'm at Utica square
