I hear they are really good but I have chronic vertigo and I had no idea that you have to walk across a bridge to get into the building. Its a two story crossing. Needless to say we didn't make our appointment.

Had an appointment set for 3pm waited over a hour and still has not been seen. Staff doesn’t know why wait is so long or what’s going on. For sure switching my daughter’s eye doctor.

I do not recommend. I will be going back to a smaller practice where you get better service.

Dr Diver is a good eye doctor. However i have issues with the checkout process / insurance & the desk girls every single time. They always seem to have an attitude with me at the tulsa location. The ladies at the Owasso location are always very sweet and helpful. I live in Tulsa however i will be making the drive to Owasso due to the rude attitudes of Cindy i think her name might be?

Saw our granddaughter this morning for a very thorough exam. Was impressed by the physician's and the staff's bedside manner. They worked so well with mom and baby. Made what was a scary experience not so scary for our family. Would recommend this practice to anyone.Thank you again!

I suffered several head-trauma a few years ago and it caused some double vision issues. The staff here and Dr. Sadeghi did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and was quick to work options to correct the issue. The staff was great as well. I needed copies of all the paperwork for the military and they quick to provide it. Each time it was less than 24 hours later and they would send me the requested documents. Even when a referral was sent to the wrong office, they worked with me to get it corrected. I wish I lived closer, I would get my regular exams here.

My kids, my granddaughter, and I have all had excellent service here for more than 10 years. The eye shop was especially positive and patient with my 5 year old granddaughter as she picked out frames and had them fitted.

Very amateur staff, not higienic, the optometrist seemed like they didn't have much knowledge and was passive aggresive with my child. Worst experience I've had in years. They also collect payment before seeing the patient? It's all about money not your care.

I have been taking my kids here for a couple of years now. They were amazing with both of them. But this year my daughter decided she wanted contacts because she is in archery and her glasses mess with her shooting her bow. The doctor or the staff informed us that her "contact lense class" wasn't covered. We show up for her class and go through the whole thing just to find out that it was out of pocket. The lady that done her class then took my daughter to the room and grabbed her head and took the contact out of her eye. My daughter was so upset and felt violated. My daughter doesn't like people touching her especially her face. She then went ahead and ordered her glasses which is covered by the insurance and 2 weeks later we still don't have her glasses. But when we ordered my sons glasses we had them in a couple of days. Needless to say we won't be going back and will be looking for a eye doctor who informs you if something isn't covered and who isn't going to be rude to my children.

I have been going to this place ever since I was 3 weeks old. My vision has always given me problems and the doctors were undoubtedly ready to help and find the best solutions for me to see, up until my last visit. I had to go in because my vision was suddenly very blurry. I saw Dr. Schmitt and she was lovely and so helpful as always. But when I went to the opticians side after seeing the doctor, I felt very unwelcomed and felt as if my presence was annoying. I went up to the desk to speak to the optician, Kyra White, to make sure my new lenses went through. She then proceeded to tell me, in a very rude tone, that there was hardly a change in my vision and that ordering new lenses wasn't necessary, even though there was a drastic one. I told her that I had a new astigmatism that I have never had before and she said, clearly annoyed, I can go take it up with the doctors on the other side. So, I walked back over to the doctors side and explained what happened and they agreed that I had a pretty big change to my vision, despite what White said. I walked back over to the opticians side and she saw me coming back and says, loudly, "So did you find your "huge" change?" I really did not appreciate that mocking she did. Ms. White is very unprofessional and needs to learn better customer care skills. I am nothing but respectful and never give anyone problems when I'm getting a service done, so I expect at least half of the same respect I give to everyone else.

I had to take my daughter when she was 7 months only for her bottom eyelid rolling in. We seen a woman she was awesome sweet caring and just great. A yr after I had to take my son who was 3 and my daughter back just for eye exams. We seen a man who was rude grabbed my child's head with force because he was moving while the man was trying to put in drops to dilate his eyes and told him to be quite cuz he was crying and scared of him. I left that day feeling like the world's worst parent for letting him treat my kid that way. My son was upset over it for weeks and would randomly bring it up and for me to plz not make him go back. I will never put my kids or myself in a situation like that again.
