Prior to the last to service appointments I'd give them a 5. I'm not sure if they lost their last techs, they're hiring, in the last 3 to 6 months but John doesn't know what he's doing on Audis and Mike doesn't realize that John can't work on foreigns or can't work on Audi. Oil change... left with inspection light because they couldn't figure it out, their words, not quite as quiet, left me wanting to check if the old oil was just topped off. Called and came in person to schedule a clock spring replacement, never told they didn't have the correct computer software to reprogram it. Lost more controls and received a power steering light they said would go away, hasn't. Only tech, gone for a week vacation. $265 labor and now $195 to pay Audi for what they couldn't do but clockspring feels like it's installed incorrectly. They tell me with no evidence, my car is missing the airbag connection, come back the next day and they'd try to program it only to say they can't. Said they rarely change these so they don't have the software or the testing tools for the clockspring but...Audi has it. Advisor, who was very nice but left info out at checkout, states Mike should've been honest with me but he's out with covid. I thought I'd found service I could count on, now I question all advice they've given me as maybe they just didn't want to work on my particular car because they're specialized. Be warned. Ask a lot of questions and ask to keep your parts. Luckily they had the old part if they'd been honest, Audi might have fixed it for free as Audi first contact forgot to tell me there's a warranty extension if it failed and now I have to war with them for a potentially $785 fix because steering is janky, so this clockspring is bad according to Draven but Audi can test it or my fear it's installed incorrectly hence lost cruise control and dashboard accessories not working that were when I brought it on with the failed one and the power steering warning and stiff turn. Nightmare!

10/10 experience. They took such good care of my car and got it roadtrip-worthy in great time. Mike the manager is awesome and great in his role. I’m sticking with this place going forward.

Got me in immediately without scheduling ahead as I had a car issue emergency in our only car, and family visiting from out of town. They had my car fixed and serviced by the end of the day. Friendly staff and very pleased! Everything is expensive everywhere now, and I believe they gave me a fair price!

If the experience I had most recently had been my first experience, it would have been 5 stars. But since I did go back, I am compelled to update my previous one-star review to four stars. I was treated respectfully and professionally. I dealt primarily with Dakota and Jeremy, and both young men provided a high level of service and kept me informed of each step. They bled and replaced the brake fluid with exactly what Ford recommended and their fix completely fixed the response issue I was having.

Mike and the team at Pep Boys have been exceptional in every aspect of servicing my vehicles especially my grandsons 1988 Ford Truck. During his hectic days, he finds time to explain car repair in a way that I can understand!!!!! He is good for business and he deserves a raise!

Michael and his team took care of my car, they had a tough time with my new tires lol, probably because of the rim guard design that was on it, but they took good care of me, was patient and customer service was excellent.

Great place for tires!! Staff is always friendly and helpful! They are not pushy and try to sell you the more expensive if that isn’t what you want. Definitely recommend!
