DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They claim they have your best interest but then don’t do what you approve for them to do and they do not tell you. My 1967 Chevelle is now un drivable after they let me drive it without putting oil in it even though I approved 3 things of oil…. Oh not to mention the oil that was in it had metal in it. I also mentioned the smell prior to smoke coming out of the engine and it breaking down and it got laughed off and was told it was normal.
Update as of 11.18.25 just picked it up from a different shop. For someone who didn’t “want to invest any further” I just had to pay $8000 to have repairs done as well as the whole engine rebuilt due to this shops blatant lies. I was told by them that it was safe to drive home which was known to be in Stillwater. After further inspection by a different mechanic “safe to drive” was so far from the truth.

This shop has to be one of the best in Tulsa, hands down. They have worked on a number of my muscle cars and have done AMAZING work on all of them. Great communication, honest, fair and treated my vehicles like they were their own.

My husband decided that his perfectly good headlights on his 2021 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss were no longer “good enough.” He just had to upgrade to the Chevy Silverado 1500 LT headlights! After hunting down all the random pieces on eBay and Marketplace, I looked at him holding a screwdriver and said, “Nope, not today, crazy man!”
A coworker recommended Performance Auto Repair and they were absolutely AMAZING! They installed the two new headlight assemblies, grille, and harness, and it all works beautifully. The team was professional, fast, and the truck looks incredible. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
My husband is already talking about future projects, and when that day comes, this shop will be our first call.

I finally found a auto repair shop I can trust and don't treat me like I am an idiot. These guys were great. I had called earlier in the week and talked to John and said stop by and they would take a look a my car. Not only did they check but also replaced the ignition switch that was bad.
I would highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. I know where I am going next time I need someone to work on my car.
I am just too old to do it anymore.

Got my oil changed while I waited. I had an appointment and it was pretty fast service. I think I waited about 15 minutes or so. The price was the same as any other place if not actually a few dollars cheaper

Performance auto repair got my air conditioner Compressor changed on my 2020 gmc terrain very fast In a one day turnaround, they were very respectful and very helpful with any questions that I had, very fair priced way under the dealership prices, if you need any auto repairs, give them a shout they will get you fixed up in no time!

It is very rare that I ask for help. I had a parasitic drain on my battery. After I fixed it, the next day the battery was dead. I got tired of messing with it so I took I to John. He kept it for a couple days only to find out nothing was wrong with it. Places I have been before would find something wrong. It's nice to find this place that works on referrals because you know they are doing the right thing by their customers. Trust me by saying you can trust them. Will be back and will definitely refer anyone I come across.

As a female, I and am always apprehensive to get any auto service done for fear of being ripped off, scammed and overcharged. I must say, I have been to Performance Auto Repair twice now, and these guys are honest, kind, legitimate, fast, and reasonably priced, too. David and John, thanks for your honesty and ethics! I will definitely be back for future auto repair services.

John is very familiar with my car. I drive a 2008 Dodge charger police interceptor with a 5.7 V8 hemi. I believe my first time there I couldn't find the right rotors for my car so I handed the task off to them. John was able to work with me on payment. All my rotors and pads about for 800. A while later I was trying to replace my alternator and I broke the bolts off into my engine block. John and his team was able to correct the issue and they also replaced my motor mounts. I can't remember the price but John did it. I couldn't pay him all at once so he was nice enough to work with me. I plan to go again my Pan and valve gasket both need to be replaced because it's leaking oil. John and his team have become very familiar with my car and I trust them to handle it. My cooling fan also isn't turning on I'm going to attempt to replace my wire harness for my fan before I give them that issue too lol. Excellent shop love the staff!

I've taken my vehicle to this shop several times all for different issues. Their quote is always below the competition. I feel this is the most honest shop I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. Not to mention their prices are usually lower than anyone else. I don't plan on using anyone else and always quick to recommend them to a friend or family. 5 stars earned for sure

Brought my car in to have the HVAC looked at - turned out to be a faulty blower motor. Performance took care of the issue in a timely manner (same day fix), very fair and reasonable price. Will definitely use them for any future auto repair needs. Also the dogs hanging in the shop were very sweet.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
