Me and one lady have been standing around for about half an hour now and nobody has came by to ask if we need any help or anything.
Update: It’s been about 2years since I came back here since they moved two spaces over and the difference is like night and day. The staff are much better now, they’re friendly and helpful.

Juniper is amazing & patient. Extremely knowledgeable in teaching us how to train our rescue dog El Macho. We had some medical issues with him when we first got our dog & she extended our training session until his bed rest was complete. To me that speaks volumes. He needs additional patience & understanding. So ty Juniper for your kind heart.

The staff is nice enough but my biggest issue has been with the grooming services. Half the time it seems like they don’t do all the services they promise and they always have these insane fees they somehow can’t explain. When I book online it says it’ll be a little over $40 ($38 + 5.99 fee ) and every time it’s $70+ and they can’t explain to me why. The receipt shows the groom is even more than they said it would be in the app, $44 + $5.99 fee + an $24 essentials package that I didn’t select or ask for. We won’t be going back, even if the groom was worth 70 bucks they need to be honest and upfront about their pricing.

I'm a black woman that was treated rudely and very unprofessional about how to spend my hard work money. All I wanted was a beta for my tank. Was told they would not sell me one by the manager. I told her I have a small tank,14 gallon fish tank as well. She still insists not to sell. I asked is there some one else can help me as I waited for more assistance anthor employee approach me and told me I was not getting anything out of the store and she stands behind her manger and that I could go across the Street. I told her that manager said she is getting some one to help me. She walked away. Guess what I got my betta I was happy but cried on the way home. In Tulsa there is a lot of dog lovers I just chose a fish. Thank u for reading.

Extremely unprofessional
I made an appointment to bathe my dog at 1:15pm, we make it to the place at 1:25 I ask if it’s still ok? Gentleman who checked her in says yes.
I leave to kill sometime on the stores around Petco, come back at 2:30 nobody at the check-in counter, so I sit in the floor right in front, about 30 mins later (3pm) an employee passes by, offers a chair, I say “No, thank you, but can you tell me how much longer to get my dog?” He looks at the computer and tells me she’s almost done and leaves.
Another 30mins (3:30pm) a young blonde girl comes from the back, asks if she can help me, I say “Can you please just tell me how much longer to get my dog back?” She asks for my dog’s name, I tell her the name and she says “Oh, I haven’t even started with her, I was on my lunch break, but I can start with her right now”
Long story short, I ask to get my dog back without bathing, all she says is “Well, I was on my lunch break”
I answer, “And she’s been here for 2 hours, she had an appointment”
Blond girl says “Oh well”
