Turns out our 8-year-old is allergic to gerbils. Emily and Lorna handled the return like pros, and my daughter is glad the gerbil will find a new loving home. Win-win. Thank you!

I took my dog here for a grooming appointment a week ago and in the past everything has been fine but when I got her back from the groomer last week she ended up having nicks on her skin. She doesn’t like to be groomed but I have to have her groomed because she’s part poodle. She also seemed really scared when I picked her up I won’t be returning as to make my dog feel happy.
