We took our Borgie, which is across between a border collie and a corgi to get groomed. Kiki did a great job and since I had had back surgery, she even helped me take the dog to the car and lift her in. Happy dog happy owner happy PetSmart. And thanks again, Kiki you’re awesome above and beyond.

Always an enjoyable trip when I go to the pet store. I got myself some cichlids because I was wanting some for my aquarium. I'm sure I'll be back there to buy dog food or something else that I need for my animals

Very nice employees and manager! Quality products, great sales, huge variety of pretty much everything. And the rewards program is nothing but awesome! They really do care about their customers.
I've never ever had any issues on PetSmart's end of things in my 10+ years shopping here, but last time some fish came up as the wrong price. Didn't notice until I got home, let them know but wasn't able to physically go back to the store yet. Paul, the manager, just called and got it sorted out! He was very happy to help and had zero attitude(I also want to apologize for being so upset about the situation, it's not even a serious mistake as long as there's a resolution and it just happens sometimes)

I had a lot of questions about getting some fish and steps of doing it the right way, worker that was taking care of the fish department was really knowledgeable had a lot of information! She was also respectful and really polite. Also store was very clean also they took very good care of there animals!!!!

Typical clean PetSmart. Nice variety of fish. Clean. Young Lady was helpful. We only bought a betta and a few ornaments.
