Absolutely horrible to experience. Was there getting dog food and my girlfriend was accused of stealing it! Was at the register paying for it!!!!!
Will never be back, manager and crew needs to be examined and probably replaced. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Yesterday evening, I visited the PetSmart at Tulsa Hills to shop for supplies for a cat I’m adopting from the Tulsa SPCA. I had nothing but a checklist and a list of recommended food, so I asked an employee named Kelsey for help. She went above and beyond—personally walking me through each aisle to find everything on my list. She offered helpful suggestions and even explained the differences between in-store and online pricing. Thanks to Kelsey's outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my pet supply and grooming needs!

I highly recommend PetSmart grooming. Our wonderful experience was with Jay, who treated our baby with such tenderness. When we first took our Stella in to be groomed, she was shaking like a leaf. When we picked her up, she was much calmer. He did a great job. Trust me when I say he had his work cut out for him because she was a hot mess!

Negative 100 stars for customer service. Me and a friend went to buy a bird cage and he wanted fish. I'm 60 years old and disabled so I asked a tall female employee for help. She said that she'd be right back. She was helping other people. I waited about 7 Mims and went around the corner to see her helping my friend with fish. I lost it at that point! She never came back to help me! They missed out on $299!!!! I said I'm going petco and the female cashier was trying to say something I kept walking....when my friend got on the car he said that he told them that I was going to petco. They said we don't care???? Are you kidding me. I hope someone from corporate office sees this review. I was in the store on 9/26/2024 between 950 and 1005am....
