“The general consensus among many consumer that have bad service and poor attitude are common among many businesses. I had the opportunity to experience just the opposite of such commonality with GenScripts Pharmacy on 41st and Hudson in Tulsa. I was experiencing anxiety as I accidentally took a double dose of a certain medication and I needed advice from a pharmacist. First, I called the corner drug store that I purchased the medication from, but the recorded messages kept advising me on everything except what I needed to speak to a pharmacist. After my anxiety combined with my frustration forced me to remember GenScripts, as I have purchased other medication from them. In less than 2 minutes a pharmacist was on the phone and sounding courteous. I can sense her willingness to listen while understandably being busy with other clients. I stated my case and the name of the medication I took, she clarified the matter for me in about 40 seconds and assured me that I will live. She took away my anxiety, frustration, in exchange of nothing. GenScripts, does not preach customer service, they practice it. The pharmacist that rescued me is Courtney. Thank you again Courtney.”

“I gave them a 4 rating instead of 5 because I have been ordering for over 3 months now as a kidney transplant patient. Every month I've had to wait an extra day after ordering because they do not have my meds. I will switch to online shortly if not corrected. Nevertheless, service, cleanliness and staff are all great!”

“I had to go here because a prescription was cheaper than Walmart because my insurance wouldn't cover it. They were very nice. If it wouldn't be so much of a hassle I'd consider moving my ridiculous amount of prescriptions to them instead of Walmart. Definitely recommend checking them out”

“Reasors tends to be more expensive than some other grocery stores, It also has hard to find items . It has a full-size deli that includes lots of different cheeses. Its bakery features handmade chocolates as well as the typical items found in most other bakeries. Some are made and baked in the store. Others are from well-known brands.
I would have given Reasors 5 stars if they hadn't stopped carrying my favorite yogurt.”

“I live just down the street from this Neighborhood Walmart and I love shopping here. The employees are always so friendly, especially in the mornings. They greet you with a warm good morning and never mind helping if you need to find something. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. It is nice to have a reliable store nearby with great customer service. Whether I need groceries or a quick pick up item I always have a positive experience. Definitely one of the best Walmarts in the area.”
“I forgot to count my blessings...l was unable to use them the bldg where they are located.
Quality 1st for a 48 hrs. had been shut down because of the bldg . I had to use the guys that are on every corner and it was an absolute mess and took me 5 days to get my whole 2 Rx's... And it made me very thankful for the people I've been Blessed to deal with and have at Quality 1st and being in the medical field My Standards are Very high..

“I would like to recognize Denise as a perfect example of a person that knows what true customer service means and demonstrates it at the highest level. I am a Multiple Sclerosis patient and the medication I take is literally a life sustaining product I’ve depended on for 24 years. In a recent instance I had run out of this medication and was on my way to pick up my new supply when I found myself caught in stopped traffic on the expressway. I called to tell Denise I would not be able to make it by the time the pharmacy closed. From reading my profile on the computer, she knew the importance of the medication I depend on and calmly told me to continue to make my way to the pharmacy. She said that the pharmacy would be locking the doors at closing time but because there was no copay needed, she would package my medication along with ice packs needed and wait for me outside the front door of the pharmacy until I arrived. Wow! Others should take note of the efforts taken by Denise to assure my essential medication got to me at a critical time. She should be recognized and appreciated! Bless you Denise!”

Got me what I needed and was able to get me back to feeling better in a few minutes!! Thank you to the amazing staff and pharmacists!!”
“God bless everyone at this pharmacy! I called 24 pharmacies and I finally got a winner who was able to compound my medication. They got on my prescription right away to compound it, and I felt awful for calling them so many times to check on the status. Nevertheless, they were very kind and rushed quickly as I needed this medicine urgently. I drove almost an hour to get to this pharmacy and when I got there, I was greeted with much kindness. Also, they have an amazing store with all kinds of essential oils, candles, organic soaps, organic washes, any many other great items.
Overall I am very satisfied and greatly appreciative for getting this medicine for me.”
