Workers were allright and breakfast food was ok so everything else was a crap shoot parking is to small and a joke and the have security, d.e.i Debbie teaching a new guy and they are a liability for this place that's all I can say, some one is going to get rich one day I see it happening. I got fuel went into the bathroom and they were door knocking drivers at the fuel island to hurry up and move 🤣 here is a chest rig and go on patrol 😅😅 the guy isn't even wearing his right..

Service - the employees here are very friendly and never had an issue with any of them.
Parking- just plain terrible, it's like parking in a homeless encampment and drug dealing hot spot, people using this place as a park and ride leaving us expediter van drivers with hardly anywhere to park and rest,along with people parking and smoking weed in their cars,and stinking up the place even worse and police helicopters circling around like vultures, it's ridiculous
If you must stay here, keep your doors locked, even if you are in your vehicle, stay safe, everyone

It's bad enough that we expediters are nowadays having a hard time finding parking, the security guard knocks on my window at 5 am, telling me about their 2 hour policy,but allowing plain vans and box trucks, I've been coming here for a while and now they are saying something?
We have almost nowhere to go to, we're far from home and just need a place to stay while we wait for the next load,I suppose that's too much to ask for, come on Flying J/ Pilot, help us out with this.

Came for a shower it was clean thank god! Bad part is I’m sweating the entire time I’m getting dressed. It’s no ac inside the bathroom with the showers just a FAN! THAT ISN’T ENOUGH please fix this problem. I paid almost $20 to be back sweaty again! No sir

Parking is a cess pool in the auto lot. Definitely dont park near the horrible Dennys there. You will be forced to move after 2 hours. Only FJ so far where i have had terrible overnight parking for being commercial. I didnt purchase diesel either so you lost that money. Thanks for forcing a tired driver back on the road! I will be sure to publish this to my company’s 500+ drivers to avoid your location.

do NOT stop here to sleep, there are other parking lots that are open 24 hours and do
not charge an arm and a leg. but MOST IMPORTANTLY, this stop has security guards that will come bang on your door for parking in *UNRESERVED* , *UNMARKED* spots!! they dont put up any signs to alert people that theres a time limit on seemingly random parking spots. i watched then march down the line knocking on five other semis/autos and it sounds like they do it to truckers too.
NOT WORTH IT. go down 244 for ten more minutes, park at the QT or find ANY other place to spend the night. whatever circus they are running is absurd and takes advantage of truckers passing thru.
read these reviews, tons of other people encounter these abrasive security guards upholding crazy rules. dont become one of them 🥲🥲

This is an absolutely terrible location. The folks asking for A.. money, B... trying to sell drugs and C... Asking if I needed company for a little while...are plentiful. The security guard working there is a joke. He stood talking with those same folks not caring if they harassed customers or not. He needs to be replaced or a better company hired. I don't know what needs to be done but something needs to change. I travel a lot and by far this is the worst experience I've had at any of the major truck stops. I wouldn't recommend stopping here and if you do beware and watch the surroundings at all times.
