Pods is a great way to move. The Pod arrives clean and has plenty of anchors for tying off and securing your load. The Podzilla is fun to watch and the driver Scott Patton handled itt impressively. They are responsive to changing scheduling needs. True pros from top to bottom.

Pods is such a creat concept. Makes moving so much easier and Scott, the driver that delivered and picked up our pod was awesome. The spot he delivered to originally had the minimum required space and he maneuvered it like a pro! He was super respectful of our property and very nice person. We are very happy customers!

Pods moving and storage made my re-location out of state and moving experience simple and convenient. I have used pods twice for moving and storage and have been satisfied with the results both times.

Excellent company to do business with on every facet, from customer service to delivery drivers. Our plans and timing for the move changed a few times, but it was never an issue.

Overall, we had a great experience with PODS. They helped us in a pinch, provided good customer service overall and (as I’ll explain below), promptly began addressing a glaring issue.
Unfortunately, there was a very poor experience with the pickup driver. We had cleaners at the home when the pickup driver arrived (without having called first to explain he was on his way) and when he discovered their car blocking one of the pods, proceeded to bang on the door, yell at them, curse at them, and roll their eyes when they tried to explain. Now, I understand the car shouldn’t have been there; they were told the driver was coming. However, under absolutely no circumstance was that response warranted. It scared the women and was an absolute appalling display. Thankfully, I was able to report the matter and the customer service agent was thorough in filing a report. My hope is that PODS addresses this matter promptly and thoroughly, as even their drivers are representing the company and no one should experience such behavior.

From the first call to the las interaction when the POD was picked up after unloading at the new house the experience was consistent, timely, and courteous. No surprises.

POD was great price was fair drivers were above average . The return process was slow because their phone services have been instructed to slow play the return so you will get frustrated and end up in another months billing .

Do not use this service! They lied about our delivery and pick up dates and times, damaged our stuff and overcharged us. Horrible company!
