Tranquil essence shampoo was the most relaxing experience ever! I broke my shoulder and Tina helped me wash my hair and relax. She put me to sleep because she’s so calm and wonderful!

I came in on a Sunday and left with a very sad set of nails. The owner fixed me right on Monday. I felt heard and and was very pleased with my new set after leaving the second time. They didn’t question me and they set it right.
