We always head to Postal connections whenever there's something to ship. Never had a bad experience and the owner is one of the nicest and friendliest people I know.We enjoy supporting a small business. Their doggy mascot is so cute too!

Here are some of their services. Customer service is phenomenal especially Fernanda she took pride in wrapping a fragile shipment for us she was very professional and unstood our needs. Definitely a returning customer.

The staff are so kind and helpful. We’ve had stuff notarized there several times as well as copies made and items laminated. I also enjoy getting to love on their little mascot dog, Cooper, he’s so cute.

Wanted to charge me .50 to use a credit card because the total was $3.48. He said he charges that for anything under $5. Penny wise but pound poor comes to mind.

Dropped off a package to ship they tried to charge me for the mailers it was already in then lost package after saying it would go out that day still not scanned into system even though i saw them put a label on and take it to the back. Use ups or a real post office...

Love supporting local small businesses. Their fax prices are a little high, but they are the only ones I can find who provide fax services in this area. Owner is a nice gentleman.

This service was bad enough that it has prompted me to leave my first ever google review. At 2:58 PM CST on 03/14/2022 I paid this 'business' to deliver a USPS First Class Service Package, with tracking. As of today (04/04/2022) the package has not reached the customer and the USPS website shows that it was never scanned in. This has created a nightmare wherein the USPS contends it never received the package, and the 'business' claims it delievered the package that day to the USPS. I've attached a scan of the receipt as well as the USPS site screenshot in the hopes that others can avoid being robbed by this 'business'. It's also worth noting that you pay almost half the price if you deliver your package directly to the post office.

USPS referred me to them to ship a FedEx package. They don't do FedEx. Waste of time. Why are they here?

Had a bottle of meds sent out FedEx 2 day. Asked for a price and receipt. Man behind counter stated that he did not know price and no receipt was needed since it was being billed to my FedEx account. Bill came in at $100 for around 1 oz weight!!! A receipt and estimated price should have been quoted. In legitimate FedEx locations that is standard practice. I'm not sure what type of operation is being run but does not seem reputable.

Have had a box at Postal Connections for over 11 years. Appreciate Bob's professionalism and care in his business. Would prefer going here than any other postal business, or the USPS.

Near 100% mark up from going directly the US post office.Ok so I kind of have to laugh… after dropping off the packages I had with me at the post office there was one more that I had missed. I decided to try the near UPS store that I avoided because I thought USPS would be cheaper. The UPS price at another store was less than the USPS price at this place and also about 45% of the fed-ex price this place quoted me.
