The feminine male is not interested in helping anyone. The tall native American lady was on her cell phone the entire time. The older lady's ignored me asking for help. No one ever asked me if i need help
This store has gone downhill. This has happened twice this year alone. I may never attempt to shop here again..

Many positive experiences at this store over the years. On our last trip in store, Design studio specialist Christie H. was extremely helpful and courteous helping us find the perfect swivel reclining chair. She even went above and beyond to find stock in another store for us. We’ve been searching so long for this particular chair and we are very grateful for her great customer service.

My boyfriend and I got ignored at the cash register trying to buy something. I guess if you don’t look rich you’re invisible in this store.

I am ignored almost every time I go in the Tulsa store. I went in twice to order a sofa and loveseat and the staff acted as if I was invisible. One of the few times someone asked if I needed help I asked about a piece of furniture in a specific finish and the salesperson told me very curtly that particular line had never been done in the color I requested. However, I have some pieces of that line and the receipt showing the color. This personnel in this store, like many in Utica Square stores, seem judgemental if you do not dress or look a certain way.

I returned items from my wedding registry to this location and was treated very poorly. I was nearly questioned if I stole the items and was asked personal details of the person who bought them for me, when in the past they have just looked it up from my registry. She did not offer me an e-gift card or physical card and instead automatically decided to mail me my gift card and i am over a week out and still have not recieved it. I will never recommend another bride to register here. Her associate ID is sdehart.

No one greated me. I was ignored when I leaned down and lifted up an item with candles. Two associates placed separate items down where I was going to place my item back on the table and continued to fawn over a customer who was apparently more important. One of the associates stepped in my personal space with her back to me. My first thought of this female associate was amazement that someone would lack such self-awareness to step in my personal space and essentially elbow me away with her back to me. Secondly, I felt discriminated against. What they didn't know was that I was looking to buy a lot of furniture upwards of $10,000 since we lost everything from a house fire. 'Was' being the key word.Good luck with continuing to employ underdeveloped and biased employees in your business model.

Pros: The staff is very efficient. Good at getting people in and out. Great if you're in a rush. Always clean here. Nice public bathrooms. Thank you for having public bathrooms. Cons: Like others have said, I feel very effectively served here, but not welcomed. I always get the impression that the staff just wants me to leave. Nothing specific, just a general feeling. They great you, but they don't smile? They are always on hand to help you, but they aren't happy about it.

Ordered a duvet that has yet to come. It’s been over 2 weeks at this point and I’ve talked to multiple people, both in-store and on the phone with customer service and it seems to be an endless loop. I was told to file a claim with UPS for the obviously lost package, which I have, and still no luck. Pottery Barn has told me that until UPS completes their “investigation,” which can take up to an additional 10 business days, they won’t send a replacement. They also won’t expedite you a replacement either once and if it’s all said and done. Extremely unhelpful customer service when it all hits the fan, but they’re more than happy to take your money.
