Andrew really checked my truck over. He even got under the back of my truck to look at what may be damaged. Of the estimates I got, he was the only one who did that! Andrew let me know some trim may break during removal, and if they don’t, the parts would be returned. He is honest and kept me informed about how they were doing on my truck. They buffed my whole truck so the scratches are much less noticeable. They repaired and repainted the rear upper bumper, installed new rear lower bumper, impact bars, and a backup light, and one of my wheels was repaired and repainted. I did a drop-by one day since I was in the area. Andrew took me to see how the work was on my truck and upper bumper. It is so nice to find quality work. Most importantly, it is nice to find people and a company who care about their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. I will be using Carstar in Tulsa again! I will recommend Carstar in Tulsa to my family and friends.

The work done was good. The service we received was not good. The upside is they detailed the inside and we didn’t expect that. The downside is they did not communicate with us about progress or changes to the expected completion date. The vehicle was supposed to be finished Friday. In the end, it wasn’t ready to be picked up until the following Tuesday afternoon.

Man don't even know where to start these guys were sooo great the estimate was above and beyond took bumper off to make sure of good estimate before I ever picked them to do the job and the work they done was fabulous the people were awesome. Thank you much Car star you deserve more than 5 stars.
