They raised the rent to $260 after few months which's outrageous with absolutely no explanation. Stay away and find an honest storage facility

We used Public Storage near 81st & Memorial because it was closest to our home, and closest to my mom’s home. . . We stored a few things when she downsized to an apartment. When she passed away, we moved a lot of her things to the storage unit simply because we couldn’t deal with it all in the two weeks we had to move out. The people who run this storage facility were kind, compassionate and extremely helpful every single time I needed assistance.
I highly recommend this place if you need storage for anything. . . Not only is the price right, there are plenty of different sized units to choose from. It is clean, climate controlled and there is a flat bed with wheels for large items. I will definitely use them again. I always felt safe ….. (even if I was going there alone) ….. inside the locked building where the smaller units are located.

Worst place to store items! They call you and tell you they have recieved your money and then sell your storage out from under you with no explanation and then constantly transfer you around to people and make you wait 30 minutes on hold to be transferred again!
