You would think this location would eventually improve but it is one bad experience after another. Had to wait 30 minutes past my pickup time because they ran out of an ingredient that I didn’t even order. Food, particularly the side of quest was cold. Got barely any steak on my burrito bowl. Very disappointed

We walked around for a moment and we decided we wanted Qdoba, keep in mind they open at 11am, we entered the restaurant at 11:05. Wasn't really expecting what I saw on the inside. An employee was sleeping in the booth, that wast the first thing that caught my attention. Then a woman emerged from the kitchen and yelled "were not open!" The door was literally unlocked and they also displayed an illuminated open sign. We left very confused. It was dirty and the workers were very rude. And it was also very unprofessional for an employee to literally sleep in the restaurant when the doors are literally unlocked. Awful.

The floor was sticky to walk on. Food in the line looked old and had unpleasant smell. Got home and threw the food away.

Honestly, the food is always good for a hot day, but the one thing that I have to be critical about is the price. @ $17 a person!!! I'm not thrilled about the amount that's given. I've received twice the amount of food at a competitors establishment at a lessor cost.

Food is what you expect. It's Chipotle but a little cheaper and not as fresh. But, the selection is great. The service has been brutal every time we go. Very slow. Always surprised when something runs out. You just have to be patient. They really need a good manager there... We normally show up between 5-7.

Well I attempted to dine there this past weekend. It was around 7pm when I arrived and I asked the gentleman working did they have more veggies. He said he can cook some. Ok so I decided to wait, but after watching him struggle with just trying to find veggies for 15 minutes and then chop for another 10 minutes I was a little agitated. So finally after almost 30 minutes of waiting for veggies they are ready. So I told him I have 2 bowls he starts making them then asking what meat I replied Steak. Then after 5 minutes of fumbling around he says we’re out of steak. Ok chicken then here he goes looking for chicken. Comes back and said we’re out. So you spent 30 minutes cooking veggies and didn’t even look to see it you had meat. At this point I said have a good night and left. But the Qudoba reign of terror doesn’t stop there. I proceeded to go to the 71st and Lewis location. Well I went in the employee working looks at me put his head Down and walked in the back. I waited for at least 5 minutes he never returned. It has been awhile since I have eaten Qudoba I guess it gonna be another long wait.
