The room we stayed in had plenty of space. I thought the bathroom was a bit small. The floors were dirty. Not sure about the floor material (wood laminate or vinyl) but we didn't wear socks and our feet got pretty dirty real quick. We heard dogs barking in the halls around 11 pm the first night.

This is the best spot on the block. Friendly and courteous the staff was helpful knowledgeable about the area and the rooms were fresh and clean. They have the best breakfast bar around.

Quiet rooms. The hotel was a little on the dirty side. Limited breakfast items. More people in the dining room than space to seat them. One family was sitting on the floor.I don't know that I would walk in this neighborhood. It's kind of sketchyThere were cars being worked on in the parking lot.

Very poor experience! We stayed for 2 weeks and couldn't wait to leave. Lobby and hallways had a very strong chemical smell, then walking into the room it smelled of mildew. Housekeeping came in daily (except one day) and they rarely ever vacuumed or gave us clean sheets. The bath towels were abrasive and had holes. The room was growing mold all over, it was extremely humid and when I asked the man at the front desk he told me to turn the AC on higher. The clean clothes in my suitcase were damp from the humidity in the room and began to smell by the end of our stay. The beds felt wet most nights, I would wake up in the morning feeling like I needed another shower- again from the humidity problem. We stayed here because of the great reviews on Hotels.com but we extremely disappointed.

We got the room with a hot tub and unfortunately it was full of ants, so we cleaned and tried to use it but ants kept coming out of somewhere.The main problem when we want to complain about the issue the receptionist was so rude with is and kept shrugging hos shoulders telling us there is nothing he can do about it.The second day when we complained to the manager of the hotel and explained to him that we only got this room to use the hot tub his answer was yeah I'm the one who told my employee that there is nothing we can do about it, and he started asking us if we used the tub or not! Then he said that when we got into the room there was no ants and the ants got into the room after we used it LOL then he said "I only have ants problem in that romm my other rooms are clean" what does that even mean!After I showed him a video I recorded for the ants crawling in the tub, he gave us the deposit back and $35 for the price difference for the room with tub.I wanted to let this go at that time and didn't want a refund but the way he talked to us and accused us that we got the ants in got me angry.I have never had worse costumer service in any hotels like that before.

We really enjoyed this motel it wuz our 1st time staying in a Quality Inn so we were very surprised on how well the rooms were kept , the free hot breakfast wuz Amazing, the shower had good pressure and hot water , the beds were comfy& the AC wuz Kicking !!! The staff wuz very friendly , especially Pete and the front deskAnd the other guy on the graveyard shift but we didnt get his name , thank yall for all your kindnessRooms: Very clean and comfyNearby activities: There are alot of things near this hotelSafety: It felt pretty secure

Oh my goodness it is the greatest. Breakfast is great, the people at the desk don't get you with a smile but other than that I will keep coming backRooms: It is so roomy, the only thing that small is the bathroom, water not so hot but it greatFood & drinks: Breakfast yummy! Have pop machine and snack one also

Seems like it's been recently renovated. Looks very nice and is in a great location. Room was very spacious and cool. Everything worked as intended. Nearby multiple other hotels and food places. Affordable pricing. Quiet location.

It was fine I suppose. Clean, no bugs. However the tub did not work, the ac never got the room cooled and the floors were noticeably uneven.Rooms: Average at best.

We stayed here for the Kane Brown Concert 12-13 May 23. Great location, clean building/room and staff. Easy drive to Tulsa/BOK center and right next to IHOP, Cracker Barrel and gas. Outstanding customer service! I left an item and I asked about it and they mailed it to me!!!! Raj helped me out. Would stay again!

I wanted to like this place. It looked relatively clean, nice big room and had the basics like ice/vending machines and washer/dryer. But the big, no huge, turnoff was it had roaches. 2 big ones in the middle of the night. And one hitched a ride back home. Not good. The staff basically told us to deal with it. Not happy at all. Good thing, if any, is we got MOST of our money back.

There's only one entrance that is accessible and that's the front entrance. Even the side door next to the parking lot says emergency exit only. There's a handicapped parking place with a ramp, and the surrounding drop off on the sidewalk is way higher than most, maybe like nine inches. What's really weird though is that there's a drop off before you reach the front entrance, making the wheelchair ramp from the handicapped space useless. It can't possibly be ADA compliant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with accessibility issues. The breakfast is fairly good. They have waffle irons and a selection of hot food. The overnight shift guy at the front desk was not helpful and not very friendly. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.

I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful young man. The area of the hotel was not the most welcoming, but once I entered the room I found it lovely, immaculate, very comfortable, and upon inspecting and utilizing the property to walk my dog, I found it also very well maintained, amazingly clean, and ample. In addition it was well lit which added to my feelings of security on my evening walk. You cannot fault a hotel for its location, but this did impact my overall rating.
