First experience at this dealership. Attentive staff and awesome customer service! Received a video from the service technician reviewing the condition of my vehicle and any recommendations they had. I’ve never had this type of interaction before. I’m thoroughly impressed!

I was on a long road trip and noticed something was sticking out of the bottom of my engine. Obviously, I freaked out as I needed my vehicle to get to where I was going. The staff at Quick Lane at Bill Knight quickly took in my vehicle and performed an inspection, and fixed the problem immediately. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? Thank you, Bill Knight Ford! I highly recommend and will definitely stop back when I'm in the area again!

My wife and I were on our way home from a 5 week business/vacay trip. We were about to unload some of our F-150 in Tulsa and discovered a loose piece of ratchet material lodged in the tailgate mechanism. The tailgate wouldn't open and the only opening into the camper top was by lifting a small back window. We were really in a bad way!!I called Knight Ford and spoke to the service manager Josh Logan about our problem. He was incredibly friendly on the phone and said to bring in the truck and he would have his techs see what could be done, so we could continue our trip home. All this on a Saturday morning.I don't get this kind of service and understanding from most companies I deal with. I wish Knight Ford were in my city because our one experience with them was fantastic and caring. Thank you Josh Logan and Bill Knight Ford!

They stopped honoring competitors' coupons. They have a coupon for the Works oil change, only it's not actually a coupon. The service rep told me that it just shows what's in the package. Why then is it in the section under deals & coupons? Keep in mind that there was no price listed for the Works package on this page.I've brought my vehicle there since the day I got it. Now, I may be going elsewhere.They also checked an item as working, and I know that it hasn't been working for months now.Lastly, they sent a video review of the items checked. They said that I had a Coolant Leak. I took it to another company and they couldn't find it.

Wife's car had a recall for the front brake lines. On her 2016 Ford Fusion Took it to bill Knight Ford went down at the end of the day to pick it up. Cause how long can it take to put 2 brake lines on the front end of your car? I asked Ava to check the brakes before she drove very far by pumping it at least a couple times to see if it would stop. Guess what happened, the pedal went right to the floor So then the service guy comes out and drives it to the back then In about 20 minutes later, comes back. Says it's all fixed now because they forgot to bleed the right side and had all kinds of excuses. There is no excuse, sorry. Wouldn't help my wife's life if she couldn't have stopped when she got on the highway. But do you think they called me or said anything to me? Even after talking to the service manager. And he was gonna go to talk to somebody. No, but hell, But I bet the technician that did this job has all kinds of little nice badge is on his uniform, saying how smarty he is. But all we have is excuses, excuses doesn't save lives. Sorry doesn't fix some things. The sad thing is the recall on. This was because the brake lines could explode. And then you wouldn't have any brakes. But then we take it to the dealership. And we have no brakes. Cause they don't know what they're doing, BEWARE

I always come here to get oil changes and services. They are awesome. I can use my FordPass points when I build them up and they are always professional. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle through them when I need another one.

This "dealership" is a nightmare:To get in and out ofCommunicate withMake appointments withGet calls returned from, etc.They are demeaning and will blame YOU for THEIR mistakes.Against advice, my wife tried a third time to connect with these under-achievers. We now drive to a different dealership outside of Tulsa for service.I have heard similar horror stories from many other patrons.

Bill Knight Ford Service Department has had a customer service issue for years. Because it is located close to my residence I go back every few years in the hope that things have improved. Based on my most recent visit things have not changed, in fact, they have probably gotten worse and I assume, that because it has gone on for so long, its because no one cares. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for a repair that, according to Ford data, should have taken 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the vehicle there at 7:00 AM and was the first vehicle to be taken. No communication throughout the day so at 3:30 PM I called the service advisor for an update. Left a voicemail asking him to call me back. At 4:25 PM placed another call and left a second message. At 4:40 PM I called the dealership's main number and was assured they would get a message to the advisor. Finally, at 5:00 PM the advisor calls to tell me that they haven't had an opportunity to even look at my vehicle. The reason given was that they had received parts for other vehicles that had a higher priority, but they would do their best to look at my vehicle tomorrow. Because they seem to have so little regard for their customers I see no reason to take them at their word for anything, including the quality of their work. I picked my vehicle up and will take it elsewhere. I fully understand that sometimes things happen, but based on other reviews this appears to be simply the way they do business.

Consistently great experience from this dealership! Service is friendly and responsive. I have bought three trucks here and they have done all the work on these vehicles as well as my mothers. Highly recommended!
