Cassie and her team are phenomenal! We've worked with them this past for numerous large projects, and they've always done such a great job. They respond in such a timely fashion, produce great work, and we're excited to work with them in the future.

Very disappointing!!! I took in an EXACT example of what I needed. The guy typed in what was needed and said I would be emailed when it was ready. All of that went great and he was friendly. But when I picked them up, took them home and folded them (just like the example) the fold cracked, the printing started peeling off and they looked horrible. I took them back to the store the next day and the lady said that I should've ordered it with "scoring" but even with that sometimes it will tear and crack, she said. I let her know that I wasn't told anything about scoring. Her suggestion was that I have them try again and add the scoring. When I asked how much, she printed out a sheet with the exact amount that I had already paid, except she took off the price of the scoring. Are you kidding me??!! I have to pay 100% more for them to try again. They are the "expert" and should've told me what I needed and now I have to pay for it again. No way! Horrible customer service. They took NO responsibility and only wanted to charge me again.
