Stood at counter waiting to pay with two staff talking. One staff looked at me as the other had their back to me. Neither ever addressed me or assisted me. Left without purchasing. I'll definitely avoid this store in the future.

I ordered a pretzel and paid for it, but none of the employees felt bothered to actually make it. I stood around for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to get behind the counter and make me the thing I paid for, and even asked the cashier if anyone was around to make it, to which he said there was (though he sounded doubtful). After more waiting I got sick of it and realized that there wasn't anyone who was actually going to make it so I just left. I have never had to wait even close to that long for a pretzel at other Quiktrips. Dreadful place, I definitely recommend going to a store where the employees actually care about doing their job

Juanita is a new hire as of 2024 according to her badge, HOWEVER SHE HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I could go into many excruciating details I noticed in this specific interaction at 6:37 in the morning, but you're best taking my advice for yourself and hitting this quick trip. Lol it's quik trip. They provide conveniences at almost every street corner in Tulsa and the surrounding counties. They provide quality food and services quickly, efficiently, and safely. The chain is literally the epitome of the modern convenience store.
