Who is Ashley? I doubt I will ever come back to this QT because of her. I had forgot my ID in the ID Reading Kiosk and when I told her I had forgot it she so condescendingly said “you’re gonna need it” it caught me so off guard and it made me feel so unwelcome and when I told the guy on shift Gavin that I would be reporting her he basically mocked me and acted like it was a small deal. Please let them know it’s not okay to treat customers like that.

This is less Quik- Trip's fault and more Tulsa's. nevertheless the Atmosphere is worse than I've ever seen it. Tulsa has its problems and at this Quik Trip that's apparent. Being near the overpass is not necessarily a good thing in this city. Places near over passes typically have this problem. Most Quik-Trips near these places have this problem as well. Quality hot foods are not that good. Other than that a typical conveince store.

Clean and handy off the interstate. Bathrooms are clean and lots of food and drink option.

I know it’s not entirely Quick Trips’ fault, however somehow making sure the homeless people or coin beggars don’t steal from your patrons, dirty up the entryway with their trash (when the trash can is literally in front of them), or really just sleep or hangout right next to the doors. Again, I totally understand it’s not at fault of quick trip but an example is Kum & Go never has this problem at any of the locations through this same town 🤔

Difficult location because of the homelessness. Employees do a great job of trying to help guests. Every time I go out of town I miss QT

Kayla WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I ASKED what the max cash back was i wanted to avoid atm fee and needed 40.00. kayla said i can only do it one time as I planned to be creative and do 2 seperate transaction. No worries a rule is a rule i will take the 20.00 and find another qt as i didnt need 40 till 5 this evening..
Kayla rang up purchase i said it didnt ask for cash back she said you have to tell me. UH MAAM I DID WE HAD A WHOLE DISCUSSION BUT IF THERE WAS CONFUSION YOU BEING THE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP AND CLARIFIED "DO U WANT THE 20") BUT U WERE BUSY BEING HATEFUL.
i asked for the items to be refunded.
now ring them up again ans give me my 20. and u making me wait longer as you range up other people didnt bother me at all other people should not have to wait howevee u should have came back to me after u rang up the 1st PERSON THIS MAY NOT BE THE JOB FOR YOU SWEETHEART... GLAD TO KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE YOU WERE HATEFUL TOO IM JUST THE ONLY ONE TAKING TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW...
