I love Quick Trip. I’m a huge fan and I go out out of my way to go there often. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the food today. However, the lady who was training the new person in the kitchen was super rude. He was trying his best and it was obviously his first day. I know their high quality service comes with high expectations of employees but I thought it was really excessive. I hope the young man powers through.

***** Update***** The QT has Redeemeditself.The store manager Juan called me this morning and apologized for everything that happened to me. I couldn't ask for a nicer response than what I received from him.I give him a 5 Stars for Excelence in Customer Service.I also received a call from Tori in Division Corporate, who also was Excellent in 5 Star Service.IT'S BEEN A WEEK TODAY AND NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. ?Stopped in heavy traffic at 61st. St. & Lewis around 3pm Friday. I look up at the QT sign and it says: 1.03 for premium gas. Obvious that it's a mistake since reguis 2.67I continue down Lewis to Walmart & Walgreens to shop.Come back an hour later, I look at the sign and on the north side says 1.03 gal. for premium and the south side says 2.03 gal. for premium. So I stop at the gas pump and it shows 3.03 gal.I go into the store and the the guy at the counter identifies himself ad the store manager Cage G. Very rude and defensive young man. I tell him about the price being wrong. I told him he still needed to sell me the gas at 1.03 gal. Otherwise that is clearly False Advertisement. He said No, the price is 3.03 and if didn't like it to leave. I asked for the number of the regional manager and was refused. He finally gave me the Customer Service number and I left Boiling made.I feel he should have Thanked me and at least given me a QT gift card to make up the difference in price. But know he gets me all upset sends my blood pressure thru the roof.I did call customer service and spoke with a very nice young lady, who calmed me down and took all the information. She assured me the real store manager and regional manager would call me .Still waiting for the call. Will update when hear back.Normally I get nothing but the best service from the great team that QT hires, but not today.I have been aloyal QT customer for over 60 years as a kid in Tulsa.

Bryson was such a gem!!!! Sitting in my car writing this as I usually don't write reviews but he was so personable and helpful. Deserves a raise! Thank you so much Bryson. Truly great to have cashiers like you, you owed me nothing but the service you provided was phenomenal. I was always scared to come to this store from past experiences inside and outside the store but this wad my best experience and it's moments like this keeping me coming back.

Half the time my kitchen order isn't even what I ordered, I hope the workers start reading the order before they make it, doesn't matter I'm not using the QT kitchen again, this happens too much.

Complained about the new coffee machines and the manager assured me they were better as the old ones never got cleaned. That's not any better and it's extremely disgusting! What else is this manager allowing to not be cleaned? Gross.
