Never had a problem with the store until I withdrew money off my card with their ATM and their ATM apparently took money off of my card and when I went to get cash back at the register he couldn't give me cash back because there was only $8 so either he took $2 off my card or the ATM did either way he did not fix it and he was literally the manager if I could give it a lesser rating I would

The new iced tea machines are awful. “Brews” something that tastes like it comes from a bag of man made chemicals. I gave it a fair amount of tries and discovered that sometimes you get whatever extra flavor the previous person added. Hard pass from a lifelong QT fan. Leave it to a corporation to take shortcuts and screw up something as simple as tea.

I stopped to buy a cone and a pretzel. I could not find the ice cream cone option. When I asked about it they said they don't sell them at this location.
The screen was displaying 99 cent cones from qt kitchen in the qt kitchen that won't sell you a cone.
This is false advertising. Don't show items for sale on the screen claiming you can buy it if you cannot. Someone should look in to this.

It's a convenience store, so not all that special. They are generally quite clean. The food is okay if you're judging on a service station level. The service is usually very good. Quik Trip has traditionally treated their employees well, so the help has often worked there for years and know what they are doing

71 and Yale area is wonderfully clean, fully stocked and very little homeless. Quick checkout and friendly staff. Only QT I visit unless necessary

This place is dirty.This building is nearly brand new and almost immediately after Quick Trip opened this building, it was dirty. It's never been well maintained since and the soda fountain spouts consistently show a lack of cleanliness as well.I got sick several times directly due to the soda fountain at this location. Initially, I didn't think it was related but after several trials, I now do not doubt it was related to the soda.I do not recommend this location for anything further than gas refueling as the bathrooms are bad as well.
