Came in this morning before work for a chicken biscuit sandwich for breakfast before my shift I ask the team was they fresh before purchase the young manager stated they was good to eat , after I purchased this $4 sandwich and got to work well i be darned it was old as my granny 2 bites made me sick and I had to vomit it up ! I trash it ! After work I stop by and told them I just left to complain and all they said was they SORRY NO REFUND NO GRAB ANOTHER SANDWICH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SO TOMORROW I WILL GRAB THAT Sandwich out of my personal trash can and putting it right on they counter since they don’t care I won’t neither Tomorrow DO NOT EAT NOTHING HERE BUT THE PIZZA BUT CHECK THAT DATE !!! By the way my sandwich had no sticker

Edit: Jan 2025: they have had real creamer the last few times I've stopped in for daily coffee! Thank you for caring about customer experience! Previous review: Never any creamer for coffee after about 8pm. Only crap ambient temp Coffeemate. There is a 24 hour call center less than a half mile from here who LIVE on coffee and hot snacks like hot dogs and roller grill foods. Please for the love of all that is holy - have real milk for coffee and food on the hot grill available 10pm to 3am. We. Will. Buy. It.

The lady working the kitchen today will mess your food up on purpose so be careful and don't waste your money, I went and got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and only got about pieces of chicken on it.... Plus she barely wrapped my sandwich so it almost fell apart in the bag

I would give it 0 stars if I could!!! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a QT! As I walked in, not a single smile or greeting,employees looked miserable! It wasn't until I went to get my fountain drink that a young man who had a trainee badge on greeted me. This store was filthy! As I was standing in line, the main cashier I believe her name was Larissa totally ignored me and allowed a man and his kids to go in front of me...no problem if I would have been acconagged or asked I would have happily let him go ahead of me. QT need to get rid of sub par employees and focus more on customer service!

I went to change a lottery ticket I had won 250 and the cashier told me that it was only 50 and I'm sure it was just 250 because one doesn't know much English and they accuse one of being a fraud.
