If you have ANY other auto repair mechanic available , USE them. If you can’t find a mechanic, KEEP SEARCHING. Trust me! This shop might have had some of the most rude, and unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in life. As well as performing terrible maintenance. They forgot to top my wife’s car off with coolant. I was at work so I was unable to go pick the car up myself, but my wife got stranded on side of the highway with my new born son in the car IN THE COLD WINTER weather. The check engine light came on and said to shut the engine down due to low coolant levels. Instead of him getting in his car and going to rescue her from a mistake HE MADE, he told her to bring the car back to the shop and she was only 5-10 miles removed from his shop. Reminder, the car said to SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN. Why not just bring coolant to top it off right? Then, when I PERSONALLY went to pick the car up myself, he tried charging me $30 for fixing a mistake he made. I disagreed and I told him that. So when I got there in person, he walked off without ever acknowledging me, or apologizing about the mistakes made on his behalf. I gave it a 2 star, due to the fact that he has fixed a minor issue with my car before, and things went fine. So it averaged out. Otherwise, I would have definitely given this repair shop a 1 star, or none if at all possible.

It's hard to find a mechanic you trust, randy and his guys always make time for me. They are thorough and honest. I don't trust anyone else on my car.

I recommend this mechanic. They're professional, courteous, and get the job done right the first time. They make you feel like family. Prices are fair and way better than any of the big corporate chain shops. Based on my experience at other shops, I was expecting to have to pay way more just for simple maintenance than what I actually had to.

I recommend Randy's to anyone looking for a great auto repair shop.My normal mechanic moved out of state so I was looking for someone to fix my power steering leak on my high pressure line in my car. I went to a shop first. I already knew the issue but I needed to know if the shop was honest. The mechanic there tried to tell me that I needed a new rack and pinion, a power steering pump and high pressure line. I said "ok, I'll be back.I went to Randy's without telling them what I needed. They fixed exactly what the problem was, my high pressure line.Thanks Randy's for your honesty. You just added a loyal customer. You're now my mechanic.Service: Steering & suspension repair

HORRIBLE REPAIRS, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE WORST AND ILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFERR ANYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET MY CAR. QUOTES ONE PRICES THEN SAYS THAT HE DID WORK THAT YOU DID NOT ASK FOR THEN HOLDS YOUR CAR HOSTAGE FOR DAYS AND REFUSES TO FIX IT OR GIVE YOUR CAR‼️ HE WENT GOT A GUN AND PUT IT IN THE BACK OF HIS PANTS. HAD HIS WHOLE STAFF TRYING TO SURROUND US DEFINITELY SUING HIM!!! CHARGED ME FOR PARTS & LABOR THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND MY CAR IS VIRTUALLY HAS NOT IMPROVED AT ALL. CHARGED ME $50 FOR COOLANT AND CHECK MY CAR AND NO COOLANT WAS PRESENT. GAVE HIM $20 FOR GAS BUT GOT MY CAR BACK IT WAS ON EMPTY. WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN THE FANS WERE WORKING NOW MY FANS ARE NOT WORKING MY CAR WOULDNT MAKE IT DOWN THE STREET WITHOUT RUNNING HOT WOULDNT MAKE IT EVEN A MILE. BEFORE MY CAR COULD RUN FROM ONE SIDE OF TOWN BEFORE IT GOT HOT. HE CLAIMED HE STOPPED OR SLOWED IT FROM LEAKING BUT ITS LEAKING IN THE MANNER. HE QUOTED A PRICE AND DOUBLED IT PLUS. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS RUDE FROWNED UP AND UNFRIENDLY. HE WAS YELLING ON & OFF THE PHONE AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND SAID HE DID CHARGE ME WHAT HE DID AS THOUGH NOTHING COULD BE DONE. HE DOUBTS THAT I AM SUING HIM BECAUSE HE SAID SPELL MY NAME RIGHT! CONSIDER YOURSELF SERVED‼️Service: General repairs & maintenance

The ONLY mechanic I trust!!!ds Randy has been taking care of my vehicles for over 10 years and he has never steered me wrong. My husband and I both depend on him for honest and reasonable repairs. We LOVE Randy!!!
