I was so sad and dissapointed with the haircut that I got, they were nice trying to fix something unfixable. They cut my hair too short. layered it so badly and messed up the bangs. I cried when I got home. I told the lady, I dont even know how I would go to work looking like this... It just crushed me.. Ben was nice, but I dont know why it got this short, it is not my hair's fault. I had a really long hair. But he said something about my hair just shrinked.... 😭😭
I just felt like I was not heard with the hair I wanted, I didnt leave the salon feeling pretty, but feeling ugly and no confidence after this. The place is expensive for a haircut plus added an expert fee on top of the expert hairstylist.. why? And I again will say this, I dont know why I gave a tip with something I was not happy about. I ask the main lady before I got my haircut if the person cutting my hair was good, she said yes... But I honestly cannot agree... I added a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and what I got.

Star is absolutely amazing!!!! She is kind and professional. She knew immediately how to cut and style my hair. She advised me on the hair cut I wanted and helped make something close to it work for the type of hair I have. That takes intuition, talent, and experience. She has all three and a wonderful personality to boot. My hair has been thinning due to medical issues, and I had gotten so used to just pulling it back, that when I saw it after she cut it, I actually teared up. I feel beautiful. As well, the staff are friendly and personable. I don't get to have my hair done in a nice salon very often, but my birthday is coming in 4 days and I am starting a new job, so I wanted to treat myself. It was so worth it. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this business. I also want to give a shout out to Star in particular, for helping make me feel more confident on my 47th birthday and my upcoming first day on the job.

Kourtney is absolutely amazing, beautiful person inside and out. I got a trim and black dye and my hair has never felt or looked so nice, fixed things I didn’t even realized I needed fixed. definitely trust her with ur hair she’ll do great things! I wish I could tip more

I had a wonderful experience getting a razor pixie cut & color today at Raw Elements! I’m a new client and my original stylist I was scheduled with had to cancel day of my appt. That could have been a negative experience but the staff at Raw Elements handled everything so professionally. They called and were able to reschedule me for another time on the same day. Star did a fabulous color (Red Velvet is what her & I are calling it!) and gave me the Best Shampoo & Head Massage I’ve ever had! So relaxing. Hayli worked her magic with the razor and I’m thrilled with my pixie cut! The salon is beautiful too! If I wasn’t traveling full time I’d definitely come back!

Went in to see Christina for a unique haircut. She was very professional, knowledgeable, was very receptive to working with me on the design for my haircut, and was just great overall.
The establishment itself is very welcoming, clean, has music that's going at a very reasonable volume.
