Their deli selection is very limited. I have ordered online 3 times at this location. They've gotten every order wrong. I gave them another try. Today I ordered Cherry Fluff salad, krab salad, OK caviar. The girl called, 'We don't have Cherry Fluff Salad. We have Ambrosia Salad. We can give it to you at that same price. And I ordered Pea Salad. Their deli had nothing. They did have Ambrosia Salad to replace Cherry Fluff. ....ok.. cucumbers mini 6 count. I received 1 cucumber. $ 3.39... I will not do online shopping with your location anymore.

I just want to take a moment to tell how a Reasors employee named Bridgett made my day. One morning I was in Reason's on hwy 97 in Sand Springs ,OK. I was looking at a Christmas wonderland of decorations on display A nice lady came up .I ask if she created this .I then told her what a good feeling it gave me to have a bit of Christmas cheer that morning. It actually was a work of art. It was so nice to see how employees at this store were all proud of her accomplishments. This store is filled with great helpful people. Thank you Reasors!

Make sure you check the dates on everything. They over stock milk and other things, so the shelf if full, but they aren't selling it all. It's frustrating when the only available option expires within days. It's disheartening that options have the same date as the one you have been enjoying for weeks at home.

They’re so rude. You can tell they hate their jobs at this pharmacy. I’ve only had to pick up a prescription from here maybe 4 times in the last few years and each time I’ve had an awful customer service experience. When you call them they barely answer, when they do it’s with an attitude. When you go to pick your prescription up they have you wait forever even when nobody is in front of you. They’re rude then too and coincidentally have name badges flipped over so you can’t name them in your complaints I assume. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because at least I was able to get the prescription, which is bare minimum. I will never be sending anything to this pharmacy again and it sucks because this is my neighborhood grocery store so I’ll have to go out of my way for good customer service at another pharmacy.

Would give this pharmacy five stars because the staff is so polite and helpful. Had to take one star off because of the one bad seed.... The old grumpy white haired man is just a little bit too rude for my liking. Literally every other employee back in pharmacy are awesome people. They go above and beyond at their jobs and I enjoy visiting this location when I get anyone other than grumpy Mc Whitehair. He can take a seat somewhere.

Although, this particular Reasors is in what people say is a rough area. Lol (I'm fromPhoenix, AZ). With 23 years in the grocery industry the customer service is awesome! This is my Reasors shop here then my most recent employer.

Tried to reach the Deli department to order 100 pieces of fried chicken for church tomorrow. The young lady tried twice to get them to answer and it never happened. I'll call Wal-Mart Deli.

Walked into the store with my family and reusable water jugs. Was told by a manager that I could not fill my jugs at the store but would have to purchase brand new pre-filled jugs for $4.00 more than I would pay at the machine. What? Because I am in the military I have lived in several states and even a few different countries, and I have never been denied access to water before unless I was willing to purchase a more expensive brand. It was ridiculous and makes me think that this store only wants my money. Very unhappy, will likely never shop here again.
