Me and my husband have been members for several years. The most ethical and professional representative named Sandra or Shandra (unfortunately I could not hear the name correctly, my apologies) went out of her way to provide an extremely helpful service a few minutes before closing of the branch. We were impressed as no other bank teller would do so. She made Red Crown Credit Union pertinent for us.

I have a car loan with them.Fee for everything is crazy. You can go into the branch, pay on the phone, pay automatic, and transfer all of it is a fee of $4/5.99. When I pay early, on time, a higher amount or even two times in a month it’s all going to the interest rate, barely to little is on the principle. Never had this problem with other banks. The ‘little’ interest rate is a lie, I believe, I think it’s hidden rates somewhere. I had a 14.9% with someone else and was owing a way lower amount than what I’m owing with a one digit rate. Before you saying anything the cars were the same amount only off by dollars.Every time I call in I’m on hold for more than 30 minutes. When they do answer they’re rude. I feel nobody in the branch is knowledgeable of their job because when I asks questions there asking each other and still not able to answer my question. I’m told they will get back to me which they never do. I’m tired of them as much as they’re tired of me.I learned you can transfer loans so I’m hoping my bank will pick it up. This credit union is a hassle and the worst I’ve experienced

Use them occasionally for banking and it's easier than traveling all the way downtown, almost none of their "reps" are consistent or stay very long, can never get an answer to a question directly, and everyone gives you a different answer or has been trained differently apparently .. customer service could also use a class on how to deal with people, would definitely advise choosing a different banking establishment

They answer the phone super fast and are so helpful. I had a situation with a business check and my personal account and they resolved my problem within a day! They are the best! I also always have a good time when I go inside to get money, the tellers are always so happy!

I decided to give them another chance after 3 years, and Laura Petty did absolutely an amazing job on getting me taken care of on my truck loan. Highly competitive rate, great options and affordable warranty options.Red crown FCU officially got my business back! Very happy

One of the worst banks in Tulsa. If a class action lawsuit was brought up against them I wouldn’t be surprised. During my wife and I’s early years of marriage we were working on building our credit. We asked our bank redcrown to assist. They gave us both credit cards and we were responsible with them making payments and not over spending keeping our balance low. At some point redcrown changed their system making it incredibly difficult to make payments online. We began to try and make the payment in person but they would charge us a fee to do so. They did all this very hastily and under the radar. What was most frustrating for us is we were set up on auto pay but when they changed their system auto pay was gone and we received negative marks on our credit history. The tellers were always rude, and never wanted to help, there attitude was always this is the way it is and get over it. I would avoid banking with this company at all cost. We’ve left and have since been with WeStreet for 5 years now. I write this review today because still after all this time I’m having issues with redcrown and their negative reports to the creditors. Horrible company. RUN.

Love this bank. Love the employees. I haven't lived in Oklahoma in 4 years and I still bank with them. They have sister branches all over Nation.

Was parked behind their building (my bank) in some shade to eat my lunch. A worker came out and told me it was private property and asked me to leave because they needed to manage the spaces for employees. There were at least 4 spaces surrounding my car for other people to park and no signs indicating employee parking.I appreciate the customer service, out lack there of, although I'll probably be switching my bank now.

This branch of Red Crown has amazing customer service. I have always had great experiences with Red Crown and today was no different. Brandon at the teller desk inside and Samantha in the loan department both were excellent today. I highly recommend this branch of Red Crown! Great job.
