Account only open less than 2 months. Nothing but issues trying to use my account. Locked out not once, not twice but on the third time I had enough. Closing the account. It was a business account and before you think it’s because I had no money or I was doing something to cause it to lock up or had a security issue the answer is no to all of the above. They could not give me any reasonable explanation on why my account had so many issues and why they deactivated my card. They tried to blame the power outage on the deactivating my card but when I asked if everyone else at the bank had the same issue and the answer was no. Had the VP of operations email me after I complained again and her only solution was for me to find another bank. GLADLY!!

Mortgages at Regent Bank seem to be a gamble on which third party your loan is sold to, and how they will treat you. In my case, it was a mortgage company that took $4,500+ from my escrow account to pay a ZERO dollar invoice - a company that has been fined by the federal government for (allegedly) participating in an illegal kickback scheme (2017-CFPB-0007). That’s an example of a company your ‘neighborhood’ bank will sell your loan to.They should make more clear that they seem to be a ‘middle man’. If so, you might be better off obtaining a loan through a broker.Regent’s online banking system is not good and appears to lack support for basic security features like multi-factor authentication or SMS based login verification.The positive: I banked at the Bartlesville branch and they were always top notch. Smiling faces, friendly attitudes, always greeted by several folks as you make your way to the counter, and always acknowledged the kiddos which made their day.

With the ways of the horrid banking of the Fed and big banks who are dying on the vine, you will absolutely need a local bank. They have found people who were trying to hijack my accounts. There is no better bank for my biz and personal needs.

Regent Bank is by far the most amazing bank ever! They truly show they care and it feels more like a loving family. You are always greeted with a smile and the employees always go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service, call after call…email after email. Very difficult to get a hold of specialists like Brittany for example. They locked my account with no call or any type of notification. I found out because my debit card was not working. Then they closed my account and it took 8 days to get my money from them. Absolutely horrible bank, I would not recommend using this bank ever.

I had to contact RegentBank 4 times to get a simple stop payment done. It end up costing me over $100 because they didn't get it done as they should have. I would not recommend this bank.

I've been using Regent for my business banking services for a few years and I've been very pleased. My personal banker, Elaine Dishman, offers incredible service and experience. She has even delivered documents directly to my office saving me time. I've banked with several local banks over my business career and I can say that Regent is the best!
