Absolutely god awful place to live. Rent is way too high and the area has way too many homeless people. Can't even take a decent walk without a homeless person invading your space.

Josh Rios is our hero. Our AC died on a 100-degree day. Another unit’s AC was dribbling water, so Josh couldn’t get to us until nearly 5 pm. He stayed several hours afterward de-icing our lines and bringing our AC back online.Josh never complained or indicated this was an inconvenience. He acted in a professional manner and represented Tribune Management well. Best of all, he knew how to diagnose and repair the problem.This was Maintenance request #23378-1Ernie

Terrible place to live. I lived 1 year here and they change administration 3 times, the apartment broke his AC and started to have mold inside the bathroom, They never help me out so I decide to leave. Worse experience of my life.

Incredible and responsive management! With recently remodeled units, the lease was pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the downtown area.

Day one of being here, promise broken. We were told that our apartment would be clean and ready to go by Saturday. It was as filthy an empty apartment as I've ever seen. I spent almost 4 hours just cleaning both bathrooms. Washer would not complete a cycle. They took almost two weeks to fix. Heat would not blow forcefully, it still hasn't been fixed. At no time did the apartment offer to make amends for any of the short comings. Yet, when we were victims of identity theft and had to freeze our checking account that our rent payment was coming out of -they charged us an NSF fee and a late fee! What arrogant bastards. The only reason we are still here is that my home renovations are not complete. You better do yourself a favor and pay attention to these reviews.

The management is amazing! Kudos to Yarelli! The apartment is in excellent condition and the apartments are under new management. If there is something wrong with your apartment, maintenance shows up right away. The apartment complex landscaping is well taken care off. The pool and parking garage are also great. The location to downtown is prime and within walking distance to restaurants. I been In my apartment for about 3 months and so far I had a great experience! I definitely recommend this apartment complex to potential renters!Yarelli and Audrey are the best! They really want renters to be happy!If you are looking for an apartment, this is the place you need to be in!-V

The staff are an absolute delight. They are always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I love the location and the little areas around to walk your pets.

Renaissance Uptown was the first place that I lived out out college. The community is incredible but the highlight of my experience here has been the administration. Yerelli and her team made my move in very smooth and easy! I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting a glowing housing experience and caring staff!

I used to live there during the pandemic. We enjoyed being in downtown, and the Manager Billy was perfect. We miss it and will try to return soon. I like that packages were kept safe.

Please do yourself a favor and don't rent here1) the back gate is constantly being leftopen. Several times homeless people have entered the property through the open gates. My neighbor was attacked by one (the homeless person was wanted for rape we later found out) who pushed her into elevator and assaulted her. This was reported to property management however the gates are still left open 2) I went from July to September without consistent hot water (I only had hot water twice a week). Maintenance only came out to light the tank but never to figure out the source of the problem. When the hot water did return for those two days a week, the hot water was scorching hot and the cold water couldn't be accessed. Essentially, if I had access to cold water there was no hot water and vice versa. I was forced to boil pots of water to wash etc. It took me escalating to corporate for them to actually investigate the cause of the problem. 3) I returned home from a 4 day vacation to find that my water tank had leaked. This caused my bedroom to be flooded. My carpet and any items that were touching the floor were completely ruined. My bedroom smelled of mold. I was unable to enter my bedroom for several days while they attempted to dry the carpet. During this time, I was unable to enter my bedroom and my hot water wasn't working. 4) Several of my female neighbors made complaints regarding a maintenance man who was accessing their phone numbers through the maintenance request portal and contacting them after hours soliciting them for sex. 5) I made several calls to police and property management regarding domestic violence occurring in the apartment above me. Several times I had to during listening to a women being beaten above me. Nothing was done. 6) My old thermostat was replaced for a newer one that was much smaller than the old one. Maintenance left a hole in the wall during the replacement and made no attempts to patch the hole up. There are so many nice apartments in the downtown area. This property is not worth the headache or the cost.

My favorite thing about living here is the maintenance staff and office staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and caring. The entire property itself is beautifully maintained.
