How in the world do you keep a business when you can’t provide public restrooms to people that are trying to shop in your store, especially the ones with kids and have to use the restroom. You have to go a mile out of the way to use the restroom. Just so you all know This place. I will not be spending any money here and I’m gonna tell everybody else not to go here either because Their customer service sucks. And they’re rude.

Was able to volunteer here. They are well-staffed, organized, put effort into the cleanliness and organization of the store. Bunch of hidden gems on the shelves

The people are very nice. The clothes inventory doesn't provide a great selection. Hopefully more folks donate so that can change.

The place is messy and dirty. No bathrooms and no changing rooms. The stuff is overpriced. They wanted 7 dollars for generic adult diapers.

It's a decent place to shop, but I'll never take anything to donate there again. I understand that not everything is usable, but the attendant at the donation intake was aggressively throwing things away and shaking his head at my items right in front of me. He could learn to use some tact and wait until the donor leaves before acting that way.

Decent place to shop but bad to donate to. Just took a whole car load of things to donate and the guy at the donate window was rude. Grunting, mumbling under his breathe, rolling his eyes. He kept handing me stuff back saying the lamp did not work (brought it home, plugged it in, worked fine), said an old painting was ripped (it is over 100 years old. It was fraying around the staple edges where the frame used to be. The painting itself was solid), a vintage Oscar De LA Renta luggage set was "too old", and a vintage x-ray viewer was "too weird. No one would want it." Other things like my record player he just chucked in the trash because it was missing the $5 cord. I stood there in the pouring rain while be threw valuable things away because he didn't understand it. I was able to grab a few things back, but a lot went into the trash. I understand not everything can be sold, but I did not bring old plates or empty bottles. They are trying to raise money for a cause. Take 5 minutes to list expensive rare items online. Other non-profits do. I will be taking my more valuable items elsewhere.

One of the few thrift stores open at 9am on a Saturday, which is nice. There’s a 25% off ‘early bird’ special if you shop before 10:00 on Saturdays.
Good selection of women’s clothing (half the store) mostly larger plus sizes when I went- up to 3x+. Small men’s section, decent kids section and lots of shoes and home goods (even rugs!)
Very friendly staff, lots of outerwear and good variety of styles available.
Took off a star because the clothing sections were a little hard to navigate and they have no dressing rooms available, so you have to take a chance on fit.

Prices are too high for the average used items. On a positive note, the store is clean and well organized. Personnel is courteous and helpful.

They offer a lot of clothing but the selection of household goods never seems to yield any great finds for me. I love digging around in thrift shops but it seems like I typically bypass this one because I so rarely find anything when I do drop by.
