Been to several locations, and have always had a good experience.

I eat often at the 15th & Harvard location. The last three times I ate there I ordered the baked potato loaded. The last two experiences my potato has been cold but the meat topping is warm. The potato is so cold it doesn't melt the butter. Is there a solution to this problem?

I've always been treated well and had wonderful food at Rib Crib. When I had a cold food problem one time, it was handled well by management.
