The worst storage experience ever...the day we went to look at unit and get key (Saturday), last renters' items were still in unit, and what was supposed to be climate control was hot...NOT climate controlled. But, the receptionist said they would turn on A/C, so we agreed to move forward with unit. Move in day was Sunday...the elevator doesn't work...our movers, for which we were paying by the hour, had to carry all its upstairs. I called the emergency line, the maintenance guy could not fix anything, and he then abruptly left. And, the movers said the unit was DEFINITELY NOT climate controlled. The experience was horrid! They misrepresent the climate control and service. DO NOT use this facility!

Excellent facility, location, and on-site manager. This location was recently rated as the best in Tulsa, but the Leinbach company doesn't care about it's renters and is raising the monthly rents by over 70% with three different rate increases in 6 months! I've asked for a response and explanation from the corporate office, but no reply. I think the manager is stuck with what Leinbach wants irregardless of the mistreatment of the renters. The manager has taken good care of us as best she can in spite of Leinbach. Why do you think they won the recognition? The way they are treating us, I bet they didn't even care or recognize the manager for this award.
