The staff is terrible - unprofessional, unfriendly and not at all helpful. They should not even be able to remain open or they should learn something about customer service.

I take high risk immuno-suppressant medication for which I am required to get blood tests every 3 months. I am highly vulnerable to Covid-19. There is a sign on the door to the CityPlex building and another sign on the door into the RML lab that say that masks are required. I went to get blood drawn at 8:00 a.m. While I was at this facility, two patients and three RML employees entered the waiting room without masks. When I said something to the receptionist about the employees, she said that RML provided masks that they would put on after they entered the lab behind the waiting room. I told her that it was not okay for them to walk past patients in the waiting room without masks, but she argued with me. Patients who go to RML Labs should be aware that the rules regarding masks during the Covid-19 pandemic are not enforced for RML employees.

I always pass out when I have my blood drawn and Tanner really stuck it out with me and kept talking and really helped get me through it. So kind. Even brought me a little fan when I started sweating. Super great service.

I have had monthly blood draws at this location for the past year. Staff is consistently professional, efficient, and makes the process as stress-free as possible. I like that staff seems to be stable here - I see the same faces and everyone has been pleasant. Facility is always clean and well-organized too. I'm always in and out in a flash.

In and out with no issues at all. I made my appointment online, got to the lab and signed in on a kiosk, took a seat and within minutes was called back. Blood draw was quick and painless. I have had episodes of vasovagal syncope and sometimes pass out or have to lay down when getting blood drawn but this went totally smoothly. Will definitely be returning here for future blood draws

I had to get my blood drawn for several tests and am terrified of needles. I walked in and the ladies working were so kind and helpful in calming my nerves. I have to have blood work down again and will make the trip down to this location again.

I am required to use this lab by my PCP for the last three years. First, the RML was sending billing to Community Care Tulsa when in fact I am with Medicare. Second year same problem. This year in for yearly Wellness Visit and RML did bill Medicare for my blood work. Problem is it was not coded correctly by RML and I received a statement for $108.35. Call to RML and was told Medicare rejected payment and it was my problem. Call to Medicare and was told not to pay this statement. They said RML made two mistakes on this clam and they needed to make corrections and resubmit clam. Yes I did sign an agreement that I am responsible for all clams not covered by Medicare. I was told by a representative of Medicare that in this case, it does not apply.

I have had Blue Cross as my health insurance company for three years now. Every time I have labs done at RML I make it clear only use BCBS. The old insurance company should be deleted. Every time I'm told the old one doesn't need to be deleted it will age out of our system and disappear. Every single time it has been sent to the wrong insurance company. Three years of being told they won't delete the old one, they don't need to delete the one one, we'll get it to BCBS we promise....Three years later STILL being sent to the WRONG insurance company! Three years equals harassment in my book! Go some place else! RML Tulsa, 12th and Utica, RML Owasso, Oklahoma will get it wrong every time!
