The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. I had a problem with my forms and they gave good advise on how to have it corrected with my Doctors office. Quick in and out service

The receptionist at this location is downright the RUDEST individual I have ever encountered at a medical facility. Just mean and belittling from the moment I walked through the doors. I left this location and drove 15 minutes across town to the 41st & Mingo location after the way she treated me. Unacceptable!!!!

This location is terrible. They dont listen to you when you tell them Where to draw. A person knows when they are a hard stick and the people are so over confident and act like you dont know what you're talking about. Go somewhere else.

I tried to tell them I was a hard stick and the best places to get me. No one really believed me. She asked if I had drank much water and I said yes, I had drank a lot today. After trying a few times in places that weren’t promising at all, they told me they only try 4 times and even though this was only the third, they told me to “drink more water and come back tomorrow” instead. I’ve never had a lab deny me my tests. There were also workers laughing and cursing in the back and had one tech by herself. A total bad experience and I’ll drive the extra distance for a different location next time

I take high risk immuno-suppressant medication for which I am required to get blood tests every 3 months. I am highly vulnerable to Covid-19. There is a sign on the door to the CityPlex building and another sign on the door into the RML lab that say that masks are required. I went to get blood drawn at 8:00 a.m. While I was at this facility, two patients and three RML employees entered the waiting room without masks. When I said something to the receptionist about the employees, she said that RML provided masks that they would put on after they entered the lab behind the waiting room. I told her that it was not okay for them to walk past patients in the waiting room without masks, but she argued with me. Patients who go to RML Labs should be aware that the rules regarding masks during the Covid-19 pandemic are not enforced for RML employees.

I had trouble with the person drawing blood. She over confidently exclaimed she had been drawing blood for 32 years. I told her people drew my blood from a certain area. She told me she was the expert and began to poke around and it hurt and stung. She then went to try the other arm. I said "I prefer you draw of my hand like everyone else. She was mad. She expressed her displeasure by putting vials and stuff down in a bad attitude. She was nothing nice and she was the receptionist! I will never go to that location!

I leave reviews on a daily basis and very very seldom do I leave a negative review. But we have been coming to this lab weekly for the last 3 weeks. The receptionist is down right rude every single time. She behaves in a manner that would embarrass any company. I'm sorry RML but your front person should be a friendly people person not someone who is mean and condescending to the labs patients. Her behavior was uncalled for and ridiculous.
